Terrible service from Trip.com. if you have any issues they will not work with you to fix nor will they refund your money, even if the booking is cancelled. Never use this service, there are many others that care about customers.

Breakfast was delicious and the facilities were clean

Stay was great! Cindy the customer service associate at the desk was helpful in accommodating our requests. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. The hotel was clean and the rooms were quiet even though it is near a roadway. There was a mini fridge in the rooms along with microwave. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The ac ran quietly and was good and cold.  The breakfast was diverse and tasty and replenished often. Coffee, tea, and cookies were available 24/7. We would definitely stay again.

We needed the hotel to sleep for a night. We were able to book last minute. It was clean and we were able to check in later than expected. Help was prompt and the staff was helpful. I would book again should the need arise.

Feeling average, still more expensive

Very pleasant staff, clean room, good breakfast, the only minus is a dirty pool, a woman came to us and said that saw a frog there, also in the gym didn't work the air conditioning

The big brother at the front desk gave the conpon of the texas roadhouse. The local grandparents who came into the door were stunned by the two Asians. Hahahahahahaha. If I encounter two Asians wearing masks at this time, I might be scared. The buns and meat at texas roadhouse are truly a must. Recommend everyone to eat
