"Very comfortable hotel. Beds were great not too soft or too firm, pillows were soft, not the hard hotel pillows!  Food was not very good though, and the coffee weak. Disappointed that there was no outdoor pool, and that it was Vallet parking only! We parked on the street very close to hotel and got a parking ticket one day, but it still ended up being cheaper than their Vallet Parking! Unfortunately it colored my view of the Sheraton.  I'll might find another hotel next time."

Upon reconfirming, they then said it was a deposit, which was a pretty inconsistent response. Other than that, the place was clean and good."
