"great location, near bus station and supermarket, comfortable room, complete facilities, elevator and air conditioning, free drinking water. Please be extra careful as the bathroom floor is quite slippery when wet. The breakfast is good. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room, so they had extra amenities like grab bars at the toilet and a chair for showering, which was a great service. I would highly recommend this place to any wheelchair user."

"The hotel is located next to a really big shopping mall (you can actually walk from the hotel to the mall inside the building) on the outskirts of Tartu. There are plenty of shops nearby but otherwise not so much to see in the vicinity. The view from the room is equally dull. The city centre is about 5-10 minutes drive away. Parking is free at the front of the hotel. The hotel itself seems to be quite new or at least spotlessly clean (the rooms, too). The staff was really friendly. The family room was actually two interconnected rooms so we had two bathrooms which was really nice. There was not a single spoon in our (family) room so we had to grab one from the downstairs. However, the biggest issues in our room was wifi (really slow if working at all) and tv (really complicated to use, we couldn't adjust volume in the another room). Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. I can recommend this hotel only if you go by car but with car it's a good and easy option."
