"It was a great experience that I tried hot spring both morning and evening. The people was nice and kind. It was a pity that the out door private hot spring with an out side shower. The fact was you got cold the minute you came out of the hot spring. How can you take shower afterwards? The hotel was high up in the mountains therefore it was snowing and cold. I was disappointed to find that the heating system was just by the air conditioner. It made me so dry."

"We were absolutely delighted with the ryokan. The owner is very nice and good-natured. Everywhere is perfectly clean, the linen and yukata are snow-white and smell fresh. Two layers of tatami, super comfortable to sleep. The room is spacious, bright and cozy. The wood flooring in the onsen/wash area has been updated. Tea, treats and kaiseki are all delicious! Thanks for taking care of me!"
