"Located in Tezpur and on the highway. Staff were good & premises were clean. Breakfast was amazing and food options are good. Appreciate about the rain cover/ canopy in the side entrance, expect the same in front area, too. It would be nice, if they have lift and use some room fresheners in the corridor/staircase area as it closer to the kitchen. Hope, kitchen utensil sounds & staff chat to be nominal in that area. Washroom was spacious but the commode position is in the corner, which made problem for comfortable posture."

"Room maintainance is not upto the mark. The bathroom lock is broken. We have ordered for Mutton Kosha in room service while they have served Chicken Kosha. I am a regular traveller so I didn't behave anything negative rather had that food. On complaining they said sorry we were confused. There is no question of getting confused while when I had placed the order they repeat the same and even made such mistake. This type of callousness will defame the hotel."
