"100% smoke free? Will NEVER stay here again! Room needs fumigation. The smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming. It was so bad, all the clothes in our suitcase, even the clothes we didn't wear, needed to be thrown in the wash. We would have left upon entering, except there wasn't another room available."

"It seems like its newly rennovated. Room was vlean and smelled good. The room was a little small, but we expected that and it was very functional for the 3 of us. Price was on point. Bed was comfortable. They offered pillows of different thckness. Maintenence staff did great at keeping pathways clear of snow and safe to walk on. Would stay again. Probably will this year"

"A relatively good hotel in the town, the room is spacious and bright, the view is good, the parking is convenient and free. After 10 pm, you can only enter the lobby door by swiping a card, but I tried several times and it couldn't be opened. Finally, I asked my family to come down and open it from the inside before I could enter. In addition, the breakfast that was originally included was gone at 9 pm, I don't know why!"

"We like to rent a room at this hotel for our daughters birthday because she likes to swim in their nice big heated pool. When we arrived this year for her festivities, the hotel was swarming with kids about 5-8 years old with hockey sticks running everywhere and causing mischief. They pulled the fire alarm, they were banging on doors and running, hitting the elevator button to make it stop on their floor even though they weren’t using the elevator- which is the slowest of its kind in modern history. When we got up to the room there were signs referring to vitamin drops for guests to hydrate- we didn’t get any. Went to the pool and it was filthy band freezing and no towels. We lasted 20 mins until my daughter was turning blue from the cold. We left the hotel."
