"Read the reviews below, apparently with the staff is quite trouble. I was in this hotel/pub a year ago, fell in love with him and wanted to return, but the children made their adjustments. Dreamed to come with my husband for the weekend and recommended to everyone acquainted, but.. 14.12.23 I found myself in a difficult situation, went snow, traffic jams and decided to stay in the hotel so that at night not to go to Old Oskol. I booked the room here, as there is a parking, it is convenient to leave + the kitchen was super (as now HZ). So here I came with a screaming child in the car and couldn't get in their turn, first my car was stuck, I left, but I couldn't get in. Call the rehab, I was told to call again, didn't call again. I got again - they said the entry to them is not their territory and they are not required to clean (what????). Well, guys, I am not the owner of the SUV and there was ice, shorter to me, and sou offered to find a place somewhere ..... the feeling that they would pay me for the hotel. I'm shocked, some strange attitude towards the guests. I ended up leaving to the neighboring hotel. "

"We were in this hotel 24 hours, room 107. Excellent location. Good staff, cleanliness . Good mattress. Now the disadvantages. The safe didn't work and the leak was broken in the shower. Cuts of curtains with which the window is not completely closed. Glasses of the Maheev jam. For breakfast, greenhouse cucumbers, bread instead of oil, yoghurt instead of yoghurt . For 7500 per day I think it is not very appropriate."
