"This was my third consecutive year staying at Kamezí Boutique Villas in late January, and it remains an unparalleled experience. Beyond the stunning location, the staff’s warmth, professionalism, and constant availability truly set this place apart. Check-in and Villa Experience The check-in process is seamless and welcoming. You are escorted directly to your villa, which includes convenient private parking. From that moment, your vacation truly begins. The villas are bright, cozy, and exceptionally well-equipped (including a washing machine and dishwasher). Housekeeping is impeccable, with daily service and deep cleaning. On one occasion, they even washed a couple of dishes I had left in the sink—a gesture so kind it almost made me feel guilty! Amenities and Relaxation • Private Pool: Heated and maintained every two days by a very professional team. • Rooftop Terrace: This is my favorite spot. It offers total silence, privacy, and a beautiful view—perfect for an outdoor dinner or a sunset aperitif. • Spa & Tapas: The Spa is incredibly relaxing. I also highly enjoyed the tapas, now served on the upper floor near the gym, which is a great setting. • Michelin-Starred Restaurant: The dining experience was superb. It has been a year since they earned their Michelin star, and it is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining. Constructive Feedback While the price point is high, the overall quality makes it worth every penny. As a chef myself, I’d like to offer two small suggestions: 1. Breakfast: I love the concept of breakfast delivered to the door. It’s generous and convenient, but it can become repetitive after a few days. A bit more variety in the daily selection would be a great addition. 2. Masterclasses & Tastings: I would love to see the return of the wine and cheese tastings and the bread-making workshops. These activities were fascinating and really showcased the high-quality local products available in their boutique market. I will undoubtedly be back next year, as I have for the past three. Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort

"Its quite firmly a 4* hotel. Everything is fairly good, but wont blow you away. The buffet food is ok; the hotel room is suitable; the pool area isn't too bad (although the largest area of the pool is salt water); the snack bar need to be addressed, as the food quality is pretty bad; the drinks are pretty good and the entertainment is average. You wont have a bad time unless youre a real fusspot, but then you should be booking a 5*, so you actually have something to sink your teeth in to moan about. I'd say that this place is worth no more than £700 - £1000 per adult for a 7 nights all-inclusive stay."

La Casona de Yaiza

"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous; the receptionist was very welcoming and patient, providing a comprehensive introduction to the hotel and the entire island. It's about a 10-minute drive from Timanfaya Park. Parking is easy, with free parking available and plenty of spaces. Choose a larger room type, as the smallest can feel a bit cramped. Overall, the accommodations are quite comfortable: the blankets are soft, and the pillows are the perfect height; the water heater is rather basic, but sufficient for a normal shower. The only issue was the unstable electrical wiring; the adapter we used was difficult to plug in and wouldn't charge. It was likely a connection problem. By the way, the restaurant attached to the hotel is delicious. The potatoes with the green sauce were quite good. The steak was reasonably priced, and I personally thought it was tasty. The seafood paella is also good; the price listed is for one serving, but it's sold for a minimum of two people."

Caybeach Papagayos

"This was our second visit to Cay beach Papagayos. We were here last October and enjoyed it so much that we chose to return! We stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment (3 of us). It was spotlessly clean and very spacious . There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the kitchen is modern. Some of the living room furniture is a little dated but was fine. We had 2 lovely balconies and 2 massive bathrooms! The pool area is peaceful with an abundance of sun loungers . There isn't a pool bar here nor a restaurant however you will never struggle to get a lounger by the pool and it's very peaceful. It's a short stroll to Hyper Dino (5-10 mins) and buses run every half hour from outside the main door to the marina and main resort areas though they are walkable. If you're looking for a peaceful holiday and enjoy eating out then we would recommend staying here! "

Hotel Mirador Papagayo by LIVVO

"Warm welcome, superb location. Lovely 45-minute walk to Cala Blanca. Regarding the hotel itself, nice pool, clean hotel. Entertainment every evening. However, the restaurant is very noisy and lacks charm; it feels like a hospital cafeteria. The food is okay, but nothing special."

"Quite a lot of older folk staying at the hotel during my stay, however this did not bother me in the slightest. Clean room, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. Great location- five minute walk (if even) to Playa Dolarada and shop across the road. Thank you."

Relaxia Lanzasur Club - Aqualava Water Park

"Travelled with my son for a 6 day break before going back to work. We were given a lovely room/ suite with a lounge bathroom and a twin bedroom. Food was varied and good quality. We rarely ate lunch as we didn't need to. We found drinks were fine. Cocktails were very strong and sangria on tap was lush! (Maybe the beer could have been more varied) really close to the beach. Short walk. Staff were pretty good - no one was rude or unhelpful like some other reviews say. Staff in dining room were lovely."
