"The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious with a big toilet with a bathtub. Dyson hair dryer was provided. The Loccitane shampoo and shower gel were provided. There were welcome fruits drinks and coffee too. The buffet breakfast is not bad, they provided good real fruit juices. The pastries are yummy. Recommended to stay here if you visit to Wuzhen. The night view of Wuzhen is nice and there is a surprise show at night."

The ladyboss was incredibly helpful and lovely. ⚠️ Note on Accessibility: There is no elevator/lift in the building, which might worry some travelers with heavy bags. However, you don't need to worry about the stairs at all! The staff are super attentive and immediately jumped in to carry all of our heavy luggage straight up to our room for us. Their service was truly wonderful. 🌟 Don't Skip the Breakfast! If you stay here, you must have their breakfast. It was absolutely superb and the perfect way to start our days of exploring Wuzhen. We had a fantastic experience in this beautiful property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Facilities: The hotel maintains the grand atmosphere expected of a 5-star establishment. While its location isn't as central as the newer 'Pu Shi Lang' (likely a hotel name), Wuyuan isn't huge or tiny, so walking to most places is actually quite convenient! More importantly, I much prefer the spacious hotel design over the more confined guesthouse styles! The room's aesthetic blends modern and traditional elements, and there's a mahjong/card game nook on the small balcony. The TV also supports phone screen mirroring! Cleanliness: It's still relatively new, so the cleanliness is satisfactory. Environment: It's very close to Wuyuan's pagoda, and the hotel's public area landscaping is also commendable! However, for guests with children, there are absolutely no kid-friendly activities, which is the only drawback. Service: Although breakfast isn't super extensive, it's more than enough, and the taste is good! Much better than the Hilton in the city. Luggage service: It's great that they can deliver luggage to the parking lot upon check-out, but unfortunately, during check-in, having to transfer between various shuttle buses with luggage is quite inconvenient! P.S. The scenic area shuttle buses are not exclusively for the hotel, so using them isn't always that convenient. Complimentary mini-bar refill upon arrival. Wuyuan Fashion Ancient Town scenic area tickets included (facial recognition allows multiple entries to the scenic area throughout your stay until 6 PM on the day of departure)."

"Checked in and was told that they upgraded our room to bigger one. The room looked good with fake Sakura tree and bathtub. But the room furniture were old and not well maintained. The toilet was in bad condition and could see rust here and there. Quite disappointed with the stay."

"Honestly, I really liked the entire scenic area. I only realized after visiting that a day trip to Wucun is totally doable. If I had to choose again, I probably wouldn't stay at the hotel. You could leave early, arrive around 9 AM, play all day, head back at 5 PM, and still be home by 7 PM. The good things about the hotel are the decent breakfast, the shuttle service to get around, and the friendly staff who would even nudge the shuttle drivers if a car was late (though it didn't always help much). The downside is that the price doesn't match the actual quality and refinement of the accommodation. For 1800-1900, it's just for the stay, and you still have to pay extra to enjoy activities in Wucun. At that price, they really should include some activities for free. I didn't see an all-inclusive price on Ctrip, but even if there was one, it might not be convenient due to time restrictions, making it less worthwhile. Overall, Wucun is still worth visiting, especially if you can go when prices are lower. Too expensive, and it's not worth it."

"The place is 4mn walking to the west scenic area entrance. Very convenient to come back after a magical night boat tour. Our room was very peaceful with a view over a small canal and trees, we could hear birds singing. The bed was very confortable and the stunning design bath tub in the room was much appreciated to relax after walking all day. Mr.Ya at reception was very helpful and easy to communicate with. he arranged an affordable transportation for us directly to Shanghai airport and he facilitated a late check-out so we could take a shower before departure. Thank you for making our trip to Wu Zhen an extraordinary experience!"

"The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Wuzhen Xizha’s entrance. I loved the spaciousness of both the living and bathroom areas. The large window brought in plenty of natural light, and the king-size bed was especially impressive—larger than other hotels I stayed in during the trip. However, the bathroom flush didn’t work smoothly (though it still functioned), and the walls weren’t soundproof. Our neighbors talked loudly until around 2 AM and I could hear everything clearly. Eventually, I had to get up, knock on their door, and ask them to lower their voices so I could rest. Breakfast was simple. Since we visited during a quieter time, the kitchen didn’t seem fully open, and the food variety was limited. They offered packaged boiled eggs and pickles, together with boiled rice, mantou bun, yogurt cup, and half a corn cob for each person. For the staff, they were wonderful and made me feel at ease during my stay. They also gave great advice on getting to Nanxun and proper taxi fares (around 60 yuan one way, though Didi rides cost less. Returning from Nanxun, however, taxis seemed pricier). As for the garden, it’s just as shown in the photos—small but charming. Anyhow, if you’re looking for a relaxing space, your room’s spaciousness might be a better option."

I'd suggest offering a buffet option instead. During my stay, the bidet function on the toilet in my room wasn't working properly. This is something that needs attention."

"Environment: The homestay has a strong sense of design. Entering the sunken public area in the hall, there is a suspended fish tank. You can see fish swimming when you look up. There is a large swimming pool and a small river at the entrance of the homestay. The environment is OK and has everything you need. Service: The male and female bosses are very good. They upgraded us from the courtyard room to a small suite for free. The hygiene is very clean. The bathroom is Kohler, Dyson hair dryer, and the room is also equipped with Madiel speakers. The 2-meter big bed mattress is also super comfortable. The small rice dumplings and pickles for breakfast are delicious, and the aunt will also chat with us. The location is particularly superior, right in the middle of the East and West Gates. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the West Gate and about 15 minutes to the East Gate. You can go to the East Gate in the morning, go back to sleep at noon, and then go to the West Gate. It is very convenient. The boss will also send guides, and will remind you where there are pits when you go out to buy things, what prices are suitable, etc. Because it is close to Wuzhen, I have been to Wuzhen for almost four or five times, and I am not a big mother, so I am most satisfied with the homestay I stayed in this time. It is quiet and has a good atmosphere."

"The hotel is right next to the Beigeng Building in the ancient town. It is recommended to park nearby the ancient town service center and go directly to the tourist service center to check in. After you park at the parking building, you have to take a shuttle bus. The key is that the shuttle bus cannot be delivered to the entrance of the tourist service center. , it is not convenient to walk in directly. The hotel must be newly renovated, and you can tell that the room facilities are relatively new. When you open the window, you can see the small bridge flowing over the water, and the water in Puyuan feels as beautiful as Jiuzhaigou Valley. It is the clearest among the ancient towns I have been to in my life. There is a snack street in front of the hotel, and there are many Internet celebrity shops. Especially during the Dragon Boat Festival, there are not many people. It feels like I was at my grandma's house when I was a child. I ordered a few farm meals for dinner. The price was slightly higher, but there were a lot of dishes. Three of us ordered three dishes but we still couldn’t finish them all. The taste was very Jiangsu and Zhejiang. For breakfast, we had three sets of abc. The staple food was wontons, noodles, and fried rice, and they were served with a side dish. All kinds of snacks and whole grains, the portions are large and filling, and it is almost impossible to finish them."
