Revier Mountain Lodge Lenzerheide ★★★
"Such an amazing hotel and staff EXCEPT for the one lady with red hair and glasses that works at reception/ the restaurant. She has to be one of the rudest people my friend and I have ever encountered. We have never felt so spoken down to. Absolutely disgusting behavior from her. She insinuated multiple times that we did not pay for our food and that we were not allowed to sit in certain areas even if we had reserved a table. Would have given this hotel 5 well deserved stars if she hadn’t treated us like 2 children in a playground. My friend and I really believe this woman would benefit from a self reflection retreat giving her time to think about treating everyone, no matter their age, equally. Other than this set back, we would just like to thank the rest of the staff who treated us with so much kindness and made our stay so exceptional and memorable."
Maiensässhotel Guarda Val ★★★★
"This place was one of the most - if not the MOST - incredible places I've stayed in the whole world. Everything was exceptional. The way it was like a little village, the staff, the room, the various amazing baths, the spa, the buffet breakfast, the coffee/cake buffet every day, the activities that were organised, the free shuttle to the slopes... just perfect."
Valbella Lenzerheide Youth Hostel ★★
"Staff were helpful, especially since I arrived so late. Showers, toilets and room were very clean, and medium valuables lockers for CHF2 coin (returned on unlocking) available in room, and space to hang your jacket. There were self serve pay-as-you go drinks and some light snacks available downstairs. Coming by foot, it's a bit of a walk uphill for about 15mins. Brekkie is short availability but has hot/cold selections. Your nearest food/coffee (bakery) is 15-20 min walk away. Ski lift pass is $15 at front desk, go for the views and trails."
Kurhaus Lenzerheide ★★★
"Overnight stay from Friday to Sunday for CHF 580!!! And this during a wedding where everyone was staying at the hotel and eating and drinking there at a lively pace. The rooms are in need of renovation, especially the bathroom. There was no curtain to darken the room. We were already up at 5:15 a.m. because of the light. The breakfast selection was abysmal considering the price. In any case, a rip-off by these lowlanders; we won't be coming back."
Sunstar Hotel Lenzerheide ★★★★
"Very nice hotel in the center with very clean parking pool and spa excellent nekq relax area find wellness seats to relax and you can drink and eat healthy apples thirsty fruit dry breakfast buffet exceptional just choice of marmellate bread Café Salumi cheese "
Hotel Sarain Active Mountain Resort ★★★
"Everything was fine, except no air-conditioning. I guess that's ok for half the year when it's ski season, but during summer it would get stuffy and hot. Good location, pretty views and free parking. Also 24hr petrol station next door."
Hotel Albula & Julier ★★★
"We visited this hotel as part of a Rail Discoveries tour package. It has apparently been in the family for several generations, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was continental style and good. As part of our package, we had a packed lunch, which was OK. However the rolls they provided, only ever has one filling. Eg cheese, fish paste, ham etc. They would have been nice with a bit of salad etc. There was also a piece of fruit, chocolate bat and bottle of water. Evening meal was a wide range of salad items form a buffet, followed by a main course and desert. Unfortunately there was no choice, so if you didn't like a particular meal, you were a bit stuck. Nor was the menu published n advance. Drinks were inclusive for the duration of the meal (See below). Now the reasons for only a 3 star rating: We all complained that hotel was so hot. With about a 100ish people in the dining room it soon got very warm. We opened a window and got told, off as "the heating was on" it wasn't the radiators were cold. In the room the folder asked guests to only open the window for a max of 3mins to save energy. I could not find any kind of thermostat or radiator in our room, but it was too hot to sleep, so we did leave the window open. However the noise of the river was surprising loud, so sleep was not good. The hotel location is in a village with very few facilitates, so you re fully reliant on the hotel. There was no bar or lounge area, apart from some seats in the reception area. To be fair, drinks could be ordered from reception, but given this is a small family run hotel, most of the time it was not staffed. There are no tea / coffee making facilities in the room however, kettles can be loaned from reception, however there was never anyone at reception when I thought of asking. I'm guessing electricity usage is a concern, as the room towel rail was on a one hour timer and a thermostat (the only one to be seen). But what tended to happen, was the room was so hot, the thermostat never turned the towel rail on and the towels were always damp. All in all it is not a bad hotel and the staff / family are lovely, however my advise to them would be to move with the times and modernise a bit. A 3 star hotel with a 3 star rating."
Hotel Lenzerhorn - Alpine Stay, Spa & Savour ★★★★
"We simply went to this hotel for the fondue. The classic dish was served to perfection and was created at the table side. A little bit of theatre. It was worth the taxi ride from our hotel for the experience. Tania, our waitress and guide through the evening was amazing. Thank you for helping me to make retirement memories of the happiest kind."
La Tgoma - Hotel & Restaurant ★★★
"I was enthusiastic about my stay! The hotel offers not only an excellent atmosphere, but also convinced with delicious food. The breakfast buffet was varied and of high quality, and the other meals also enthusiastic me. Particularly to emphasize is the large and comfortable room with a lot of space and great equipment. The service was friendly and professional – you feel comfortable around. I definitely come back and can recommend this hotel to everyone!"

Valbella Resort
"Hotel average, Italian staff very friendly, Swiss staff very impolite. Our room was not in the main building so every time we had to put jackets and hats on. Pool ok but no water/tea stations available. SPA far from the main bulging and not so nice (narrow and on different floors), if you walk from the lobby or swimming pool area with your robe to the SPA you will probably catch a cold. Food ok but not so big portions. Kids club with only few activities planned, so more of a supervised play room. Slippers in the room not available, you have to bring your own. Place is great if you ski, otherwise is very average"

"Jamie and team are clearly dedicated to excellence! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed so warmly and treated like family. The facilities of the hotel are luxurious and the food and beverage offerings outstanding! I absolutely recommend this Hotel and if I could I would give this property and its team 10 stars! Already looking forward to my next stay!"

"Very nice host family, large selection at the breakfast buffet. Rooms very clean, nice little spa. The Graubünden nut cake was wonderful! Practical ski room in the hotel entrance. Only negative point: the room was heated too much"

PRIVÀ Alpine Lodge
"We've been three time already at the Priva Alpine Lodge in Lenzerheide. We love the location, the location ;-), the facilities, the restaurant, the staff. For us it's important that the kids have their separate bedroom, therefore we prefer an apartment to a hotel room. At the Priva Lodge we can have that, and still take advantage of hotellerie services like breakfast, a restaurant, swimming pool, etc. Location: Lenzerheide is perfect in summer, winter and autumn (our favourite time). Ski pistes, cross-country trails, hiking trails, and a lively mountain-bike scene. In summer we could even swim in the local lake, to our surprise at 1'400m altitude. Location #2: within Lenzerheide, the Priva Lodge is practically next to one of the cablecars, is within a short walk of the town center, yet in a quiet, close-to-nature location. When you step out, you can immediately take a walk in a pretty forest (that leads you into town), and seeing squirrels is also almost guaranteed. The restaurant serves traditional local dishes, as well as modern interpretations. They offer take-away as well, so we e.g. enjoyed a Kaiserschmarrn in our apartment every now and then. :) The children's playground and the swimming pool with massage function helped us round out the days. The apartments themselves are built to a high and modern (2010+) standard. They were spacious, practical, and comfortable."
