GGuest UserThis was my absolute favorite hotel apartment during my entire trip to Spain! The location and hygiene facilities all exceeded my expectations! It had an old-fashioned elevator and a classic exterior, yet the decor was incredibly modern. What I loved most was the huge kitchen, equipped entirely with Italian appliances made of 304 stainless steel. The biggest surprise was the balcony; it overlooked Passeig de la Grace, fulfilling our wonderful anticipation of Barcelona!

GGuest UserExcellent location of apartments (metro and supermarket of mercadon in 5 minutes).
In the apartments there are all necessary for comfortable life: microwave, induction stove, toaster, coffee machine, lots of dishes, with a stock of toilet paper and paper towels, in the kitchen there is salt and oil, hand towel. The tug with a smooth board and a folding dryer for clothes is also available. The bed linen is perfectly tailored and looked completely new. The towels in the bathroom are fluffy and liked that huge towels were provided for the shower.
I would like to thank you for having a couch and a couch in the apartments (though we did not use it), but in other travels would not prevent.
The apartments are very clean. During the stay, the maid came once and after it all shone clean. Thank you very much!
I recommend accommodation in these apartments!
Attention!
Be careful. We paid accommodation through the trip.com site and it was indicated that the value included a city tax. But! Two days before the settlement, a letter came to the email requesting to pay the city tax and referring to the payment!
Very stressful situation, as it was not possible to pay our bank card.

GGuest UserThe apartment is centrally located with lots of eateries around. Check in was not communicated properly. No instructions was provided that this is a self check in aptmt.
Its different from the pictures where there is a hotel concierge. We arrived late at 10pm and could not enter the main gate. Luckily, the service man came down to clear rubbish and helped us with check in then. The host should have provided clear instructions on check in procedure and pin prior to arrival.

GGuest UserLocation is very convenient and the staff are all helpful. However the furniture and some facilities are quite old such as sofa and toilet. The lamp at the kitchen was burnt after turning it on for 1-2 hours. The bath gel was leaking all from the container in one day and one of us almost felt down when going inside the shower area

GGuest UserIt was a very clean accommodation and plenty of towels were provided.
It was a little inconvenient because laundry was done in a shared facility on the 5th floor, and I was a little disappointed that they assigned me a room with a rear view without even asking how many rooms had a view of the Sagrada. There is a rest area and a pool on the rooftop, so it would be nice when the weather is nice. The location is far from major tourist attractions, so it's a bit inconvenient to take the subway every day, so if I had to do it again, I think I'd pick it near Plaza Catalunya.

GGEOK SIEWAmazing location right in the middle of la rambla and just diagonally opposite the Mercat De La Boqueria. Shower was nice and strong but the bathroom door has a strong suction that is a little noisy. They have 1 11kg washing machine and 1 dryer. Some of the nights we could hear some loud noise from above/ outside but overall a very good place.

LLung0913The hotel has a great location, just a 5-6 minute walk from the subway station and very close to the Sagrada Familia, a 10-12 minute walk away! The hotel is also very clean. The only drawback is that the soundproofing isn't very good; the door next door closes very loudly!

IIzarsZWe choose this accommodation, 2 rooms apartment because of the location which is very near to the Barcelona Sants station as we need to board early morning train. There is also metro station nearby. We arrive early in the morning before the check in time, we we allowed to left our luggage before check in and refreshed ourselves there.

GGuest UserI had a really good stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything you need for a nice visit. The location is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful whenever I reached out.
The only thing to know in advance is that you have to contact the hotel by WhatsApp or email to receive your access code before arriving. I didn’t realize this at first, so I ended up waiting around 40 minutes in the lobby while sorting it out. Once I got the code, everything went smoothly and the stay itself was excellent.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel, it’s a great value and very well maintained. Just make sure to message them ahead of time to get your code and you’ll be set.
