Awara Onsen Seifuso
"A very good trip, the crab 🦀 meal was absolutely amazing, the hot spring ♨️ was also great, especially when we came here on New Year's Eve and it snowed ❄️, a very satisfying trip."
Grandia Housen
"The room was spacious and clean. In the lounge, in addition to complimentary snacks and other items, you can make and eat hot springs* on the spot. There were also cute dinosaur ornaments. However, dinner was buffet style..."
Hokuriku Fukui Awara Onsen Mimatsu
"spacious rooms and amazing facilities! really enjoyed the free flow drinks"
Rakuten STAY Awara Onsen
"Having a private hot spring bath in the room was wonderful; I could take a bath as soon as I arrived. The facilities were perfect and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely like to stay here again!"
Haiya The traditions of warm and friendly hospitality
"A very satisfying stay. The whole service was attentive. I have to admire the service level of a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. The facilities are also very good, the rooms are large and comfortable. Soaking in the hot springs in the morning and evening is extremely relaxing. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are also very good, and every dish is carefully prepared. Will come again to experience it if I have the chance."
Beniya
"This was my first time staying at this inn, and I was very satisfied. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything was so delicious that I couldn't help but say "delicious." The room attendants were also well-trained, and I was surprised to see that a casual conversation I had was immediately passed on to the landlady. The hot spring in the room was light, but it was so pleasant that I went in several times. I thought it was all-inclusive, so I was a little disappointed that they only had beer and soft drinks. But it was a wonderful inn that I would like to return to. They kindly showed me different rooms, so I'm looking forward to my next visit."
Awara Grand Hotel
"The hotel is old but well maintained. The front desk said that there are many locals, so the front desk staff have difficulty speaking English. They still try to be very welcoming. I booked a one-night stay with two meals, and the meals were quite standard. Overall it was good."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Awara
"The building itself is large and beautiful. When I entered the building, it was clean and tidy. The explanation from the front desk was easy to understand, and the room and the interior of the building were clear at a glance, so I was able to get there without getting lost. The bath was also well-cleaned, and the amenities were plentiful. The room was also nicely arranged, so I was able to relax and rest my body. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the free Wi-Fi only worked around the front desk, so I refrained from using it in my room. I think it would have been better if it worked throughout the entire building. Overall, I had a good impression. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your help."
Hotel Prime Inn Fukui Awara
"It was located in front of Awara Onsen Station, so it was convenient to get around. If you stay multiple nights, you can also have a buffet breakfast, which was delicious (^^) I'd like to use it again😊"

Awara Onsen Tsuruya
"The building is impressive, with the appearance of a long-established luxury inn, but there are some noticeable corner-cutting in the details. I went there with high expectations, but it was a bit disjointed, which is disappointing. I don't actively recommend it, and I won't be returning, even though the building is impressive."
Yumeya Hanatsukushi
"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Most of the service is provided by old ladies who are very enthusiastic and chatty. Hahaha. The towels in the hotel are the most fragrant and cleanest I have ever smelled. I will go there again if I have the chance."
Hotel Yagi
"I stayed here for one night in August with four people including my children. We used it as a base for our stay at Shibamasa World, and the price for a room only was cheap, so it seemed like a good value for money. The hot springs are great. Our room was in the main building, so it was probably one of the older rooms for this inn, but it was clean and we had no problems. There weren't many notable restaurants around the inn. I guess most people eat at the inn."
Gekka
"The food was delicious and the staff were smiling and friendly, but there were spider webs on the window in several places and an empty plastic bottle that wasn't one of ours under the sofa where the small table and sofa were by the window."
Fukuju
"This is a pure Japanese hot spring hotel. Apart from us, almost all the guests staying there were locals. The service was very attentive and considerate. The Japanese-style room is large enough, with separate toilet and shower rooms, and a large dressing table and sink. The hot spring is clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool is closed in winter, so it won’t be crowded because there aren’t many people. The price doubles during the New Year's Day, and it is very cost-effective on weekdays. The meals are also super rich, I definitely want to try them out!"
