Amidst the swaying of the light and shadow, the dreamy outline of the ancient town is outlined. The most astonishing sight is the Furong Town Waterfall cascading down. Under the halo of the night neon lights, the white silk-like waterfall turns into a flowing screen of light and shadow. In the misty air, the roaring sound of the water and the night scene of the ancient town blend into a thrilling symphony of mountains and waters. You can immerse yourself in the beautiful night of the mysterious land in Western Hunan without even stepping out of the room.
"Waterfall View Inn is a charming property across the river in a peaceful setting overlooking Furong Ancient Town. The view from my balcony room (8305) on the third floor was amazing, particularly at night when the ancient town lights up around sunset.
The family who operate the property are extremely friendly and hospitable, going above and beyond to look after me during my two night stay from 20 June 2026. From driving me to/from Furongzhen Station and to/from Furong Ancient Town, to lending me a local sim card for the first night until I worked out how to get my esim working in China. When I enquired if there were laundry facilities in the town, they even took a small bag of clothes off my hands and washed them for me.
Even though it wasn’t included in the price, they provided a tasty traditional noodle breakfast with tea and fresh fruits. The room was immaculate, well appointed, and quite spacious for a solo traveller.
I would not hesitate in recommending the Waterfall View Inn and happily rate it 5 stars!"

Guest UserAlthough the house is outside the scenic area, about a five-minute drive from the scenic area, you can see the night view of the entire Furong Town through the glass while lying on the bed, and it is quiet at night! The most important thing is that the boss is super nice. He is responsible for picking up and delivering to the scenic spot, which eliminates the trouble of finding a parking space in the scenic spot. You can also take a boat to the scenic spot during the day. This is the most satisfying stay in this trip!

The room was absolutely spotless! Perched across the river, the guesthouse offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Furong Town's entire nightscape. Enjoying those stunning night lights from the comfort of my bed was a truly magical experience. They also have a fantastic viewing terrace, which was a real highlight! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the younger owner was quite charming! Its location is also very convenient, just about a 10-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. Considering it's a river-view room right within the scenic area, the price offered exceptional value for money.
