GGuest UserThe owner was incredibly helpful and fun; he even drove us around town. He also recommended local food, and the teppanyaki he suggested was absolutely delicious and well worth it.
The guesthouse itself was very nice, with a river view and a great view.
I recommend it to those who prefer a quiet environment. While the guesthouses in Furong Town are close by, they can be a bit noisy.
The owner said he's going to start a live stream, so I'm going to give him a thumbs up!

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews, but this guesthouse was truly wonderful. For 200 yuan during the National Day holiday, the room included breakfast. The room had wooden walls, and there were many osmanthus trees outside. Fallen orange-red osmanthus petals littered the path, and the sweet scent of osmanthus filled the air as soon as you entered the guesthouse. Inside the room, there was a pleasant, fragrant woody aroma. It fulfilled my fantasies about rural life in western Hunan – peaceful and serene. After living in the city for so long, I felt it was perfect for a holiday getaway. Unfortunately, I only had one day there. If I have the chance to come back again, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

FFrank JumboOur stay at Furong Town Waterfall View Inn was fantastic. We were there in a weekend, and even though we knew what we were getting ourselves into in terms of how busy the town gets over the weekend, we were more and more pleased with our choice to stay outside of the town and get out of the noise as the days progressed.
Our room had a spacious balcony with a simply enchanting view over the river and Furongzhen with its waterfalls, whether day or night. The room itself was very nice as well. The bins were cleaned everyday, and the water supply was filled everyday as well.
What really set this place apart for us, was the staff. They were extremely attentive and hospitable. Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that they offer free drop-off service to the town and the railway station, and any other (within reasonable distance) tourist hotspot. They were also very helpful with planning our daytrip to the Red Stone Forest.
Lastly, a very special thanks to the youngest staff member. He made sure we ate the night of our arrival, helping us with ******* so we could order food and checking in over WeChat often.

KKaining YuWhen I was booking a room on Ctrip, I saw a B&B that could see Furong Town from a distance. The reviews from the guests who had stayed there were also very good, so I booked it for one night. So today I moved from the Mood for Love inside the scenic spot to the one outside the scenic spot where I can ”right” see Furong Town. The Juxinyuan😁
The room I originally booked on Ctrip #王江观水# was not high enough and I could see the corner of the house. The owner of the B&B asked me what I thought of the view and knew that I wanted to change to a room with a beautiful view. But the same room type on the high floor has been sold, so tonight in the off-season, I was upgraded to a large suite with 2 rooms that can sleep 3 people #日rise江花#
HAHA As expected, it is one floor higher and the view is completely different🥳🥳🥳
In addition, they took me in and out of the scenic spot tonight so that I could finally take pictures under the waterfall after staying in Seremban for 3 days😬
Although this B&B can only see Furong Town, it has the advantage of being able to see the complete Furong Town. But the most bonus point is the boss’s personality. In fact, he didn’t have to help me upgrade, but because of his kindness, he gave me the opportunity to sit in such a beautiful room with a view and enjoy my meal comfortably, which also made me feel The kindness of the people in Furong Town left me with very deep and beautiful memories.

Likes - quiet & serene environment, good service in providing prompt internal transport
Areas need more attention for improvement:
- in the room the coffee & tea container is there but empty
- in the bathroom there were lots of small toiletry bottles but shower gel is missing! Imagine a guest is already in shower & finds no shower gel to use.....
- cloth hanger with clips was not in good order; side table is badly stained.
- it may be on purpose but no tv & no phone is a no-no for customer experience. Phone to contact front desk remains the most efficient & direct means of communication & service; even in today's high tech era.
- why create a dent in customer experience when breakfast is covered yet charge for coffee?

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to the ancient town and situated by the river, offering distant views of Furong Town with beautiful night scenery. The hotel has a parking lot with charging facilities. For visits to Furong Town, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service, saving you the hassle of finding parking in the scenic area. The staff upgraded our room, which had stunning views, was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was warm and attentive.

GGuest UserThe room was absolutely spotless! Perched across the river, the guesthouse offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Furong Town's entire nightscape. Enjoying those stunning night lights from the comfort of my bed was a truly magical experience. They also have a fantastic viewing terrace, which was a real highlight! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the younger owner was quite charming! Its location is also very convenient, just about a 10-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. Considering it's a river-view room right within the scenic area, the price offered exceptional value for money.

GGuest UserYou can not go to the hot, crowded and expensive Furong Ancient Town opposite, but you must come here. The dam in front of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Move a chair, blow the river breeze, listen to the extremely clear live song from the opposite side, enjoy the night view, carry melon seeds, and take a huge photo of the atmosphere ～ It’s more comfortable than going to the ancient town. More ～ It is recommended that the boss can expand the business. Get some barbecue or something ～ In winter, make tea in the stove or something, the business is better, haha
