"The campsite service was excellent; the toilets were clean and hygienic, although the paid shower water wasn't very hot. November temperatures were low, and the tents were arranged inside one large tent, with four smaller tents inside each large tent. "I stayed here for one night on a business trip and checked in. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, especially Xiaoqiu. The transportation is also very convenient. Wugongshan Hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services. The breakfast was upgraded to the main building. The ingredients are fresh and there are many kinds. It is self-service on the third floor. There are also entertainment facilities where you can play pool and have a good experience."

"There are advantages, but the disadvantages are fatal. I am very polite for not giving a bad review below 4 points. The following is an objective and fair evaluation. Advantages: 1. Convenience: It is not far from the bus station and the downtown street, 200 meters away; it is close to the Wugong Mountain trail entrance, 100 meters away on foot; it is close to the commercial street, 50 meters away on foot, and it is convenient for shopping and eating. 2. Quiet: The hotel is not on the street in the downtown area, and most of the rooms are on the mountain side, which is relatively quiet. The bedding is OK and conducive to sleep. 3. The hotel environment is good: The overall garden design of the hotel is good, with a back garden, a small viewing platform, and a small reservoir on the back mountain. It is nice to take a walk after dinner. 4. The hotel is equipped with a foot bath bucket, which is very considerate. Disadvantages: 1. The hotel does not turn on the cold air conditioning: I checked in for the last 3 days of April, and there were not many people. I can understand that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning and dehumidification in the public areas in order to save costs, but it was so hot during those days, why turn off the cooling of the guest rooms and let the air conditioning heat cycle in the guest rooms? The good point is that after reporting to the staff, the cooling was turned on. 2. The air conditioner smells musty: It is really very strong. We asked a technician to come into the room to fix it. The technician was speechless and said that there was no way. We stayed for 3 days and did not turn on the air conditioner at night for fear of fainting in the room due to the stench. The hot air circulation and the musty smell of the air conditioner made the three of us feel that the hotel accommodation was the biggest failure of this trip. BTW, on the day of check-out on May 1, the central air conditioner and lights in the lobby were turned on. It felt that the guests at the end of April were not human beings, and our experience was not important. 2. Facility design defects: The shower area is not designed reasonably, the waterproof platform at the door opening is too low, the sealing under the door is not enough, the door opens outward, the water is a little bigger and the shower head does not lean inward, you will feel what it means to flood the Jinshan Mountain. 4. Service: The 3 nights were divided into several orders. After the order of the first night ended, before checking out, the hotel staff added WeChat and asked to give a 5-star review and asked to bring the name of a certain employee. I said that I would make a unified comment after checking out, but the service staff still asked to comment on the day this order ended. I was speechless. I can understand that there are KPI indicators, but it is too bad for good impression."

"Five-star praise! 1. It is indeed very close to the gate of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area. The free shuttle bus stop of the scenic area is near the gate, just a few steps away. It is convenient to take a taxi or carpool from the high-speed rail station, without any extra detours. 2. The restaurant on the first floor can order three meals. The pot is full of flavor, the ingredients are fresh, and the price is reasonable. I had a full meal. There are residential houses around, and there are not many restaurants. This homestay can provide meals. I really recommend it. 3. The room is reasonably designed, with clothes drying racks and small sofas, which are especially suitable for mountain climbers to rest during transit. 4. The climbing bamboo poles are provided free of charge, and it seems that the scenic area charges a fee. 5. The staff are very warm and polite, and they will answer any questions."

"The menstrual period was still hanging on the toilet. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before moving on to serve the next guest! Although we were later moved to another room, the hygiene was still worrisome. The room is large and the environment is very good. It is a 5-minute walk from the entrance of the scenic spot. All good. It’s just about hygiene that the store needs to keep an eye on~"

"I chose the Voco hotel at the foot of the mountain. Maybe this time the check-in time is not a weekend or a May Day holiday, so I don't feel that there are too many guests. The hotel is in a good location and the room facilities are very new; the breakfast options are not too many, but the taste is good; the hotel staff service is also very good, and questions can be answered. There is also a small episode, because I want to use laundry service, write the laundry list in the morning, and put all the clothes that need to be washed in the laundry bag; in order to avoid seeing it, I also put it on the minibar, but finally came back at night to see the whole bag unsealed. But overall, the overall is good, I will choose to stay next time! "We had a fantastic time, and the guesthouse was wonderful. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was super convenient. The hosts and their family are absolute pros behind the wheel – fast yet incredibly safe! The owner's cooking was delicious; I especially recommend the stir-fried pork with chili (xiaochao rou). Highly recommend staying here! Pingxiang is a lovely city, and its people are just as great. We'll definitely be back!"

"As a special forces soldier, I was looking for a random B&B for my trip, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities. The owner seemed incredibly thoughtful. The value for money was excellent, and it was close to the scenic area. There's a free shuttle across from the B&B to the foot of Wugong Mountain. Highly recommended! 👍 The B&B owners are young, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial people. They're warm and generous, and the food is quite good. My only regret was that I didn't get to try the owner's signature blood duck (I had to catch the high-speed train). "This hotel is located next to Wugongshan Jinding Bus Station, about a few minutes from the tourist service center, free parking, there is a supermarket next door, the price is not expensive, shopping is convenient. There are also many places to eat around. The room size is small, but the wet and dry separation is very good, the bathroom, shower, sink are separated. There is a small balcony, and the scenery from the balcony is very good. There are fewer places to put things in the room. If you need a lot of luggage, you may not be able to put things in many places. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, there are not many types, there are soup powder, cold dishes, staple food, soy milk juice, etc., no problem to eat. Service: There were a lot of passengers when I checked in on the same day, several people at the front desk were queuing, and the processing speed was very slow. Obviously, there are two staff members at the front desk who have a person in charge of handling. According to the situation, the processing staff should be increased to improve the efficiency of the check-in. Overall, the environment is OK, and it is better to improve the service level."
