"Great location! We arrived at 11pm but there was no one at the desk, we tried to contact representatives for about 35 minutes before receiving a response for our room number and code to the door. However they were very kind and helpful once we were able to get a hold of them."

GGuest UserThey are very central, and they also have bus stops next to them. They are very comfortable and well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Furthermore, the staff is very attentive and helped me with everything I needed.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception.
The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water.
The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker.
The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened.
The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided.
Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

MMarleneOverall, common areas are modern and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views over the city, botanic garden, and sea side. The hotel also offers very good facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi & gym. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of variety to pick from.
However there were quite a few disappointments: service at the bar was really bad, with staff sighting and making faces when you ask to order something, the inner spa is at additional cost and the rooms are very small which does not make it worth the price we paid.

GGuest UserHad a lovely time , parking was an issue which we knew but advised to park nearby by reception. Lovely comfy bed . Had 3 days and had everything you needed ( kettle would have been a bonus ) no balcony if you needed to dry anything but we managed to. Lovely area on roof top with several sun loungers and a small pool .

AAna MALLess than one minute walking to the main square where the cathedral is located. We found ourselves being just about a maximum of 15 minutes walking of every location of interest in the city. Service was excellent. Great value for the price.

SSvetlanaPlComing to Cadiz for two days and staying in those apartments.The location is excellent-12 min on the straight road from the station, is in the Old City.The settlement passes remotely if you come not at the hour , the schedule.The mail comes with instruction,all clear.My room was on the second floor,the balcony on a narrow street.In the evening there was noise from the bar opposite,but the table was carefully prepared beer from the hotel)).The room itself is small, bed is comfortable,table, chair, closet-for one night is quite convenient.The bathrooms are shared on the same floor-of two, quite big.During the stay I haven't seen any guest except me, so this option with the general bathroom discomfort has not caused.
Staff friendly, speak Spanish and a little English.
The apartments recommend.
