Excellent, we'll definitely be back! My friends and I had a great time, and the food wasn't expensive. The only thing is the paint smell in the room was a bit strong, which I hope they can improve. Also, there aren't many entertainment facilities. Keep up the good work!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&J Tioman Dive Resort on Tioman Island, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, it was clear why B&J has built such a strong reputation among divers and travelers alike. One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team. What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. On September 22, we checked in at Juara Ocean Chalet around 2 p.m. and spent a relaxing afternoon by the beach, enjoying the peaceful island atmosphere. In the evening, we had a delicious seafood dinner at a local restaurant, featuring fresh fish and prawns. The next morning, my child and I joined an exciting boat trip covering five snorkeling spots, where we saw colorful coral reefs and tropical fish. After returning to shore, we enjoyed a simple yet flavorful Malay lunch and relaxed by the sea for the rest of the day.

1511 Coconut Grove feels like something you read from a magazine that you never imagine getting to experience. Tioman Island is truly a magical place indeed and this resort is the most perfect location I’ve found! We will be coming back again and again. All local staff who knows hospitality standards of western travelers!

The beach view was pretty and the atmosphere was relaxing. The service was very good, the staff there were nice too. Just one thing that can be improved on: the environment was a bit undesirable and there were a lot of iguanas in water and in land, causing us to feel a little uncomfortable to walk out of our rooms at night. Amenities need improvement also...for example, the hair dryers weren't working well and the toilet smells bad too.

The hotel is located near the sea and the pier. The room has two double beds, a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV. Flying foxes ”hang out” nearby🐱

Excellent location, the chalets and the garden are very well maintained. You will often cross monkeys, varses and mouse chips for those who like wild nature, sometimes even down your chalet or I fell nose-naked with a huge varn one night. All is accessible by foot, knowing that the village of Juara is located only on a 2km band of maximum length. There are plenty of restaurants and shops at less than 5 minutes walk from Juara Beach Resort. We never eaten at the restaurant of the resort for the simple reason that it was closed every time we wanted to go there. To also take into account that restaurants held by the locals nlontbpas fixed schedules despite Google's instructions so I recommend rather eat in the restaurants of the resorts that they respect the schedules. I would like to point out that the beach of Juara is infested with veinous meduses and especially those in front of the resort its extension to the extreme north of the beach. My daughter was swimming in very low water. I don't recommend bathing at the time of the low flood between 15:00 and 18:00, in the morning no worry we never saw medusas.
