Lagoa Hotels with Balcony

Absolutely stunning experience! We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The hotel facilities are superb, beach and views and breathtaking. If you go on a left from the beach there is a wonderful easy hike with spectacular views, approximately 30 mins one way. Lots of even more stunning nature within 15-20 mins drive from the hotel. We will definitely be back! ＜3

Excellent hotel, well-located with all kinds of entertainment for both children and adults. Definitely worth coming back. The food is great at all hours, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. For me, it's one of the best hotels in Portugal.

Very nice, comfortable and clean facilities and super friendly staff

The room is relatively new and clean. There are washing machines, dishwashers, and kitchens inside, so you can cook your own food, which is very cost-effective. It's just a bit far from the beach, you can't do it without a car, and it's not convenient to buy things around

Hotel has great facilities and was very clean, though we were disappointed to realise that due to unsafe cliffs, it no longer offered direct access to the beach. Service should really be improved for such an expensive hotel: 1. Reception gave us 2 twin beds even though we specifically made a request at booking for double bed 2. Restaurants got my coffee orders wrong on multiple occasions throughout the stay 3. During the saturday bbq night, the hostess Priscilla made up a poor excuse not to give us a poolside table even though we were one of the earliest guests there. Her excuse was the remaining poolside tables were reserved for 4 families with dogs. We didn't see a single dog during the entire course of 2 hours, and the tables were given away to other couples for reasons unknown. This incident really upset us, and the fact that she had the audacity to make up such an excuse is appalling. 4. Gratuity was charged at 7.5% for every item, which is fine but what left a bad taste in the mouth is the hotel did it without informing customers upfront.

Advantages: 1, good location, ten minutes walk from the center of the town 2, Free parking Disadvantages: 1. The housekeeping staff was rude, we took the initiative to say hello, they responded coldly, and there was hostility in their eyes. 2, the room is relatively small 3. Breakfast is simpler 4. The overall decoration is simple, completely unmatched with the four-star 5. The room arrangement is very biased. After the elevator is out on the floor, it takes 1 and a half minutes to get to the room. Important point: 3 hours after we checked out, we found that the charger of the laptop was forgotten in the room. We called the hotel immediately. The hotel said that we would reply to us after verification. I waited for 3 days and did not receive a call from the hotel. Here I want the table field Trip.com customer service, one day I called more than a dozen calls to urge the implementation, and finally waited for the hotel to confirm the reply found. If it's not because of Trip.com , I don't want to give 4 points.

Excellent quiet hotel in a hilly position 15/20m walk from the center and beach (a little tiring on the way back because it's uphill). Excellent breakfast. Rooms also equipped with kitchen (ours had an electrical connection problem which was resolved the following day. Nice garden with swimming pool (not used given the gloomy weather). Convenient parking

Super structure, quiet and practical with several types of accommodation available. Apartment for 4 people super big !

We really liked it, the staff were very friendly. The apartment was super cozy and clean.
