Guest UserOverall, a clean and solid place to stay. You get a lot for the value. You can actually stretch out and not feel like you are crammed into a traditional hotel room. The full kitchen is great, there is a generously sized living room, and the small deck suits well for a quick breakfast. The bathroom is large and includes a tub. The area is safe, which is a plus if you are traveling alone. Covered assigned parking gives peace of mind that you will find a spot when you return for the day.

Anonymous UserI was very satisfied with my first stay at this hotel. However, when I checked in again three days later, even though the front desk staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a larger room with a view of the Sphere, the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The trash can was full, and there were leftover bottles and cans on the mini-bar. I was in a hurry to catch a show, so I called them to clean it up. To my surprise, when I returned after the show, some trash was still there – they had only taken one of the empty cans! I had to go down to the front desk and call repeatedly, and finally, around 1 AM, they came to clean it thoroughly. To top it off, it was Independence Day, and someone on my floor was smoking ****, and the smell was incredibly strong!!!

The hotel is located about ten minutes' drive from the center of Las Vegas, which is more convenient. It has all the facilities and equipment that a downtown hotel should have. Hotels in the city center have to wait in line for a long time to check in, and many times they can't get a room until three o'clock in the afternoon and have to wait for text message notifications. The environment here is very beautiful. Our room faces the outdoor swimming pool. Looking at the scenery outside through the bright windows, I feel happy and relaxed in the fatigue of the journey. I ordered a midnight snack at night, and the waiter actually sent a table directly in. It's so thoughtful👍👍😁😁

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Hilton Club Elara — it was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. From check-in to checkout, every moment felt effortless, thanks to the professional and welcoming staff who made sure we were well taken care of.
The location is unbeatable — directly connected to the Miracle Mile Shops and just a short walk to the Strip. It made it so easy for us to explore Las Vegas while still having a peaceful and family-friendly place to return to.
Our suite was spacious, modern, and spotless, with an incredible view of the city. The full kitchen and in-room washer and dryer were huge bonuses for a family traveling with kids — they made our stay so much more convenient. The floor-to-ceiling windows and automatic shades gave a real wow factor, especially at night when the city lights came alive.
The pool area was fantastic — clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. Our kids had a great time swimming while we enjoyed relaxing in the loungers with a drink from the bar.
We also appreciated the security and quiet atmosphere inside the property. Despite being right in the middle of all the action, it felt safe and calm, perfect for families wanting both fun and rest.
Overall, Hilton Club Elara made our Las Vegas trip unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that’s so family-friendly yet still stylish and exciting. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

The room is large and has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, an oven, and a dishwasher. It's very convenient if you want to cook by yourself! I was very lucky to stay on the 17th floor of the top floor, facing The Sphere, and watching the fantastic video changes 24 hours a day, which was very shocking!
The hotel does not have a self-service washing machine or dryer, which is the only small drawback.

Guest UserMy stay at Holiday Inn Las Vegas this past weekend was absolutely amazing — easily a 10/10 experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The facility, location, amenities, cleanliness, and customer service were all excellent.
I was assigned a room in Building 16, directly in front of one of the pools, and the room felt more like a mini condo than a hotel room. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed: a full kitchen, dining table and chairs, living room area, two TVs, a very comfortable bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a huge bathroom/restroom. If you’re someone like me who prefers not to eat out for every meal, this hotel is the perfect choice.
The room was spotless and came stocked with thoughtful essentials including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, coffee, utensils, and cooking pots. You can tell they really care about guest comfort.
The location is another huge plus. It’s within walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip if you walk down Flamingo Rd, and about a 23-minute walk (roughly 1.5 miles) to Tacos El Gordo and Tacos El Pastor. Depending on which building your room is in, The Sphere is less than a 5-minute walk away — which saved me money on Uber rides and parking.
For guests traveling with a car, complimentary parking is a huge bonus — no parking fees at all, which is rare and very appreciated in Las Vegas.
The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They even offer shuttle service around the property if walking is difficult. The property itself feels very secure, and despite being close to all the Vegas attractions, it was peaceful and quiet at night — perfect if you actually enjoy getting good sleep away from the casino noise like I do.
It’s also only about a 15-minute drive to and from the airport, which made traveling super convenient. The on-site restaurant was great too — the burgers were my favorite! Special shoutout to Nancy, Julian, and the hostess team for being so kind and welcoming.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere close to everything Vegas has to offer. I will definitely be coming back!

We booked the king jacuzzi suite for my husband's birthday. I requested extras before arriving to be in the room when we checked in so he would be surprised. They do not do this. Instead, I had to ask at check in to have the strawberries and wine delivered at that time. We went up to the room and WAITED...the whole time he is wondering why I am procrastinating going to supper. They finally brought the platter up. He was surprised but it was awkward. This is why I gave services a 4 instead of a 5-star rating. The front desk personnel had to bring it up and they were swamped with people checking in. It would be better is there was a dedicated department for things like this. Also, at the pool (nice pool) there is only 3 cabanas and ONE tree with shade...otherwise you have no shade. You cannot reserve the cabanas to make sure you will have shade. It is all first come first served basis. With temperatures in the triple digits, I found this to be unacceptable for a ”resort”. Shade should be plentiful around a pool area. Also, if you are looking to drink cocktails while lounging at the pool....not here. They do not have a facility on site for this service. Those are my only critiques, the stay was otherwise wonderful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and as helpful as they could be. If you walk across the parking lot to the casino, there are 3 places to eat and all with wonderful menus. I would suggest staying here...just don't expect 5 star luxury....4 star at best....still very nice but a few things to work on. Oh, free and plentiful parking which is nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Retreat on Charleston Peak, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in the beautiful mountains with breathtaking views at every turn.
Our room was cozy and well-appointed, providing the perfect balance of comfort and rustic charm. We appreciated the little touches, like the fast Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the ambiance was both relaxing and inviting.
One of the highlights of our stay was the pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our furry friend along. The staff went out of their way to make sure our pet was comfortable, and there were plenty of trails nearby for scenic walks.
Overall, The Retreat on Charleston Peak is a gem in the mountains. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled escape, this place has it all. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories!
