The upstairs bedrooms share a full bath complete with a shower/tub combo, heated tile floors, and marble countertop. The open floor plan downstairs hosts a large Italian leather sectional sofa, a 58" smart TV, 2 reading chairs, a futon, a full 8-10 person dining table, and a wrap around massive kitchen with breakfast counter. You will also find a 1/2 bath at the base of the stairs. The back patio is accessible from a door by the kitchen/dining room and sits directly beneath the massive kitchen windows. A comfortable loveseat and 2 chairs overlook the entire property and the La Plata Mountains. Everything in this house is brand new.
