"Overall not a horrible experience. I booked online through a 3rd party, she was able to accommodate my balcony request as must of selected a different room when I purchased. The room itself looked fresh and cleaned. My only suggestion would be a better to clean the carpets and upgrade some for the complimentary breakfast. I would stay again for the price it was worth it! "

DDarylNice room and location. We were able to get a river view room on the 2nd floor. It also overlooks Parkway, and the Titanic Museum, Hatfield V McCoy, Wonderworks, and Beyond the Lens could be seen not far away. It's a little bit noisy there starting in the morning but we didn't notice any noise during sleep time. The indoor pool was the only one open. It's not really big but it's nice. Breakfast was a hot, buffet-style hotel meal. Waffle maker, scrambled eggs and/or bacon, coffee, hot chocolate, french vanilla hot chocolate (not chocolate of course), various pastries, cereal, OJ, yogurt (with nuts and granola available). What I ate of that was good.
We stayed 3 nights during our Spring Break. The area was extremely busy all the time. Pigeon Forge provides convenient access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
