Overall very good. The room is hygienic, quiet and tidy. Because it is a homestay type, there is a black sister butler, but there are gardeners and cleaning people, so don't worry about hygiene. The food is not bad and safe.

It was amazing, and relaxing that what my mom reviews from staying in this place.. Thank you Amanzi Lodge although I am a little bit sad for not able to book the massage for my in-laws it seems like something wrong with the telephone number but anyway they enjoyed thats more important😊

I booked the executive double bed room online and upon arrival they told me I could not stay in that room for one night because someone else had booked that room. I refused and told them I can not take another room . i was then told to top up usd$15 because the online priced are apparently different from their original prices. I wanted to speak to the manager but the stuff made it clear that the maanger can not be seen. at a certain point I waited almost 2 hours at the reception trying to get hold of the manager. if you wanna stay at this guest house dont book online, rather go in person and see what you are paying for. the location is good but I was disappointed with their services. they also need proper tissues and towels in their rooms .

陈I heard that this is the first hotel in the city. It has a long history, so many of the equipment is relatively old. What I do n’t understand is that there is no air conditioning. Obviously there are fewer mosquitoes and the breakfast provided is ok. Accommodation in Zimbabwe is at least about $ 100, otherwise the environment is more general.
