"The breakfast in the hotel is great, the style and texture of the hotel are excellent, although the room sound insulation may not be very good, but it does not have much impact, located near the old town, you can walk to the most lively place, the service staff is also very nice, if you need a hot water bottle, you can ask the service staff"

Great
GGuest UserSecond stay at the hotel.
The room wasn't quite as big as previous stays, but it was clean and had everything we needed.
The hotel itself is beautiful, great service and the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had at a hotel.
Of course it's not a cheap stay, but for a 5* it's very well priced and I will definitely be returning again.
The only thing I would comment, which is a very particular observation by me, is that tge complimentary toiletries are not branded. It would be nice to have L'occitane, Molton Brown or Elemis especially in a 5*.But as I say, a very lovely hotel and it won't be my last stay
LLondonFlyerGood location near the train station, but still within beautiful confines of the historic centre. Easy to get everywhere (Bruges is not that big). Had the suite, which had a freestanding bath. Note: limited toilet privacy due to glass doors between bathroom and bedroom. Did not try breakfast, no perceivable value @ 30 EUR per person. Plenty of brunch places in town.
GGuest UserThe reception was just great fast, helpfull. Because I left first day very early they prepared a breakfast pack for le who was ready at 05.00 AM. Bed and room a dream, bathroom all products high quality. Breakfast you would love to have everyday. Checkout fast easy and very gentle.
Perfect hotel to stay in Bruges. For tourist info is 50 meter from market place.
GGuest Usergreat location! rooms were modern and well kept. swimming pool was a love it or hate it situation since if u are swimming alone, it might be a bit gloomy but if u are with friends, could be fun with the cave feel. would definitely recommend it. it's so close to the main square! they have parking space too.
GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised that a 3-star hotel would have a pool. Luckily, we caught a heatwave during the first few days of our trip, so we could swim. By our second day in Bruges, the weather had cooled down, so no more swimming for us! 😄
The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, but if you're traveling with luggage, I'd recommend taking the bus for just one stop. The fare is 3.4 euros, and you can pay by credit card.
There's a kebab shop near the hotel; their fries were fantastic, but the meat tasted a bit off. There's also a Chinese restaurant nearby (run by non-Chinese owners) where you can find stir-fried noodles, fried rice noodles, and similar dishes.
The breakfast was excellent, and it seems hotel breakfasts in Belgium are consistently good. There's a wide variety, including fresh fruit, hot dishes, and even a waffle maker so you can make your own waffles. The staff were attentive and friendly.
Bruges truly is a perfect city for a vacation.
MMarcHoSpent at this nice lil cosy white place for 3 nights. It was hassle-free, clean and spacious room. Located at the heart of the Market Square but fret not about the lively place cuz it was at this quiet end corner of the street. Hence, you will have a peaceful rest. Just next to it rested the 'Adriaan Coffeebar' where they served freshly brewed coffee and pastries. Further across the street was this Argentinian steak place called 'Churrasco Argentino Steakhouse' where you will get one the best steaks imo. They have lunch set at a lower price tag but also comes with a smaller portion if you have a small stomach.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. If you drive yourself, it is a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel. The car is clearly parked next door, but it took half an hour to get to the hotel entrance (one-way street + road closure)
SssimonThe facilities can only be said to be average, an ordinary hotel level. There should be everything, and if you don't have too much expectations for it, then it is a hotel with a convenient location
GGuest UserGreat location close to the centre but away from the noise. Front desk were friendly and I was able to store my bicycle, although a shame you have to pay extra for this. Bed was comfy and room has needed amenities. Breakfast options were a bit limited but well stocked considering how busy it got. I would stay here again if revisiting Bruges.
GGuest UserI picked this hostel for its location and reviews online. In general, I say that it is good. There are some small things that could be improved in terms of quality and overall building maintenance like updating bunk beds and sound proofing.
As for service and amenities, I felt the staff communicated well and supplied sufficient offerings especially about what to do and where to go.
I was happy to know that they do bike rentals at an affordable price and locker storage.
Only suggestion I would have is to provide bikes that are more suitable for longer distances if you suggest riding up to the coast or visiting Netherlands. While the city cruisers bikes are suitable for strolling around on cobble stones inside of Bruges, they are not so nice for longer rides (at least for me) and can make for some heavy slow cumbersome riding. I enjoyed the cycling trip to the north and was amazed by the beauty, nature and farmland heading toward the coast but the bike really made it less comfortable. I kept aching for a simple single speed road bike the entire time 🫠.
Just food for thought😌 Otherwise, I was pretty happy with my trip to Bruges. I came by train frim Liége and felt it was worth the trip.
Thank you so much for your hard work and effort.
