HahaluCompared to other guesthouses and hotels in the area, this one truly stands out. Check-in was efficient, and Xiao Wen and Yan Zi provided warm and friendly service. The property offers excellent privacy, keeping road noise at bay for an undisturbed rest. The facilities are comprehensive, meeting all our daily leisure needs. The entire house was impeccably clean, with no stains even in the corners. The restaurant's ingredients were fresh, and the fish was exceptionally delicious. For the price, the value for money is outstanding.

simona-sunOverall not bad. Now it is the off-season, and the overall scenery of Hanshan is very good. Because there are few people, the service cannot respond to the first time. It is understandable that the service attitude of the staff is very good. Breakfast is also small, so there is no category, but you can cook pork noodles or noodles. We went up the mountain at night. The mountain road was quite open. It was just a little attention without lights. The first meal in the evening was eaten in this restaurant. I like the entrance of the oyster. The plum dish is buckled with meat. The Hakka makes the tofu very amazing. The pork and tofu here are really good, and the chef's craftsmanship is good. I want to calm down to escape the heat. I can come here in March. The scenic car master who sent us up the mountain is very talkative. He told us that when the azaleas bloom here and the tea mountain can pick tea, Qingming and Bailu seasons, the mountains and wild azaleas are very beautiful. Still have to come in the peak season, the off-season is very quiet, although the fog in the morning did not see the sea of clouds, but at night you can see the stars.

Guest UserVienna Hotel is a long-established hotel. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection is quite extensive and meets basic needs, and the service is good. It's close to the Tai'an Tower scenic spot. I'll stay another night.

Guest UserThe hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.
