We were unhappy with the bed – it wasn't a double bed, but two singles that kept sliding apart, making it impossible for two people to sleep next to each other.
There were also some issues with breakfast – we arrived at 9:00 a.m., and breakfast wasn't served until 11:00 a.m., and after everyone had eaten everything that morning, nothing more was added. You had to ask for eggs, so the lady would boil them and serve them. The juice ran out, and it never came. The only hot food available was boiled eggs; there were no omelets or sausages, or any other choice at all."

On a business trip, the front desk service was fantastic and thoughtful! I loved the sofas in the lobby, and the free coffee was a real treat! Haha... Wishing the hotel great success and prosperity!

Der Check in war freundlich, leider wusste man beim Check in nicht, das ich schon öfter da war und als Stammgast eingetragen wurde. Das Zimmer an sich war wie immer sauber. Die Lage an der Altstadt macht das Ganze sehr laut.
