GGuest UserArrived and faced some issue with the checking in, but the staffs were friendly and kindly guided us thorugh the whole proses. The room was spacious enough for two and was clean. Some basic amenities are available, one bath towel, one hand towel, shampoo, and bath gel. Hope you can provide bath mat in the future. Overall it was good experience.

MMichael KnutThe hotel has made some progress compared to my last visit. I was offered a late check-out and upgraded to a studio. Unfortunately, there are still no signposts on the individual floors, making orientation difficult. The rooms are ultra-modern. The hotel looks like construction in certain areas. The TV now works, too. The minibar, which is included in the price, deserves a mention. The elevators also worked.

MMichael KnutDer Check in war freundlich, leider wusste man beim Check in nicht, das ich schon öfter da war und als Stammgast eingetragen wurde. Das Zimmer an sich war wie immer sauber. Die Lage an der Altstadt macht das Ganze sehr laut.

GGuest UserWe stayed in room 232. It was a triple room. It was a bit old. There were dirty diapers in the trash can, and other trash as well. The bed, sheets, and towels were clean. Apart from that, the floors and other areas were very dirty. The door wasn't locked. It wasn't clear who had come and gone before us. Since we checked in late at night, we wanted to go to sleep immediately and didn't request a room change. The breakfast was very good, so we didn't complain to the hotel about that either.
