Very satisfied

There are not many hotels that go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. The restaurant was just as accommodating for my vegan diet. The gardens with the lovely falls colours were not only made a loving stroll but photogenic.

Very pleasant small location. Personal is very polite and professional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable furnished. Very recommendable if you like it comfortable and personally. You're very happy to come back!

A hotel in a small town, right in the center of the city

Booked for business trip ***y times,room is clean, service staff is quite nice and speak English well.

I wish I could give a 100 for friendliness . Where do I start: 1. The bed - was the most comfortable one we slept in a long time 2. Everybody was fantastic , helping us and accommodating all our needs 3. The food - was absolutely out of this world! Highly recommend!

Really lovely all-round. I think they upgraded my room from 'Economy' to a lovely one in the main Chateau, and it was lovely - really a suite! The staff were all excellent, and next time I'll be trying the dining room, which seems lovely (and nice to see a waiter in a jacket and black bow tie for once!) Right by the ruins of the castle, and when I left at first light I saw lots of rabbits jumping around!
