True to its name, this studio type was very comfortable for me. The cleanliness was good, and the facilities were complete. The stove worked, there was a big wardrobe, a table, and the fridge was excellent. The AC was cold. My only minor complaint is that the shower gel seemed to be watered down, but luckily I always bring my own, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that my room had a sea view – a big bonus! Next time I have an event in PIK, I'll definitely stay here again. I hope their service remains consistent. Thanks!

It was alright. The first night was incredibly noisy, I couldn't get any sleep, but they moved me to a different room right away on the second night. For a business trip to ICE City, it's acceptable. Couldn't really get used to the breakfast downstairs though.

The room was spacious, and we even got an upgrade. However, the facilities are a bit old and average. The location is excellent, especially if you're attending an exhibition, as the exhibition hall is right below the window, and it's less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was mediocre, with limited choices. The croissants were baked very slowly, and there weren't enough, so they'd often run out as soon as a new batch came out. I stayed for several days and never managed to get one. There's a large shopping mall not far from the hotel, easily accessible by taxi.

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

I've stayed here multiple times for business trips. Overall, it's alright, but the bedsheets and duvet covers seem to be washed repeatedly without being replaced regularly, which could cause allergies for those with sensitive skin. Also, the no-cancellation policy after booking is very inconvenient.

Nice hotel situated in the new BSD area. immediate surrounding area feel clean & up class, walking distance to a few restaurant but a bit expensive. Room is clean & large with proper writing table. Wifi in room is very weak, had to use my mobile data to work. will stay again

The location is a bit far for those who don't know the tower, it's quite a bit back. The cooking utensils are good, but there's no water heater.
