Best Five Star accommodation in Tangerang. Not too far to travel from the international airport and it’s surrounded by all the necessary amenities. The hotel offers Modern classy facilities and extremely friendly and supportive staff. The morning breakfast buffet is out of this world. The breakfast buffet offers too many yummy choices, you need to spend at least a week to go through them all. Would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta.

The stay was great. There are a lot of shops downstairs and the area is connected with public transportation, which made the stay better. It is suitable for short stay, may consider booking larger unit/room for longer stay. Room is clean, Internet connection is OK. Recommended👍🏻

This hotel offers Chinese-speaking staff, making it perfect for business travelers or tourists from China. The decor is very new and the service is flexible. It's also conveniently located near many Chinese restaurants in the Pik area, making dining and transportation very easy. They even serve a Chinese breakfast.

The hotel room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The bedding might have been used for a while as there were yellow stains. The chairs weren't very clean either. It's right next to the exhibition hall. The good thing is you can get there in 3 minutes. The downside is that if there's an event at the hall, it starts getting noisy from 4 AM, and sometimes there's construction at night. Out of 6 nights, I only had 3 good nights' sleep. The motorcycle noise outside is also very loud, which seems to be a city characteristic and not the hotel's fault. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Definitely get the 2 bedroom instead of the studio, it's much nicer. Somewhat wet bathroom but at least there is a shower curtain. View is great. Location is nice because there are so many restaurants to choose from in the hotel complex. Gym is pretty good, but only included with the 2 bedroom suite.

I specifically asked for non smoking room due to allergic condition, the allocated room I got at first smell stale cigarrette smoke. When my allergic starting to trigger (breathing difficulty astmhatic sympthom), I request for room change cause it is not possible for me to continue on. Although the hotel promptly change my room, it would be better if from the check in, they directly allocated correct room. The hotel has gymn and swimming pool, swimming pool looks good but I didn't try. I did try gymn which has quite good equipments but air conditioner was broken during my stay, it is kind of suffocating as the gymn has no window able to be opened. The people services are really good though, from the security all the way to housekeeping staffs very helpful and kind.

The location is a bit far for those who don't know the tower, it's quite a bit back. The cooking utensils are good, but there's no water heater.
