GGuest UserBeautiful hotel at the seafront promenade, very helpful staff. Food was excellent in the hotel. The concierge helped us with restaurant reservations outside and We even had a emergency medication delivered by him out of hours during ramadan 👌

MMichael FiedThe hotel staff was very friendly and assisted with every request. The hotel is massive and reminded me of a resort; lots to do, and great for your business trip if you need high-speed internet and room service. The room was above expectation, with a large balcony, overlooking the garden and ocean - Just amazing! The majority of the hotel staff knew English which made things much easier! I will be back.

GGuest UserI love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion.
Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

JJUNLONGHotel location is good, close to Agadir beach, facilities are perfect, the pool is very good, the price is not good for dinner, it is not recommended. The hotel's service attitude is superb, and welcomes a lot of drinks, desserts and guides. The lobby manager is especially good to like. A dead beach was painted on the beach, not bad. Because I only stayed for one night after catching a plane, Agadir is very beautiful as a European winter resort.

EessemmamiThe hotel is beautiful, its location is excellent on the beach and the pool is large. My problem is with Mr. Hesham regarding reservations. His way of speaking to us was not polite. There should be communication between reservations and reception. The important thing is that Mr. Omar did his duty. Other than that, everything is beautiful in the hotel. I recommend it.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in a great location, but we didn't find our reservation at first, hoping to charge again for more and less services.
After finding our reservation (it looked like it was hidden somewhere rather than on the computer), they gave us the 2 worst and worst rooms in the entire hotel. To get there, you have to borrow the maze, which took a while to find a solution. What I saw was the backyard, where the trees were not well maintained.
The good news now is: the staff are very friendly and hospitable, whether it is Mr. Asemal is very friendly, or the cleaning lady is doing an excellent job with a smile.
We learned at the end of our stay that part of the hotel was renovated, but when we booked, we saw pictures of the renovated rooms, but we got some rooms...
This is the last time I booked this hotel.

AAlexanderVery nice place. Open with lots of space around the multiple swimming pools. Main pool busy but others quiet. There is a lot of walking to do as it's a big complex. Fun animations team. More English travellers so more staff speaking better English. Food is ok, small selection at breakfast, bigger selection at lunch and good choice of different meals for dinner. Lovely friendly helpful staff in general. Good value for money. Nice big spa for different treatments and good service. Lots of cats as is normal in a lot of hotels

Very helpful. Light in the center with many cafes and restaurants nearby and 10 minutes from the beach. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. I really enjoyed my vacation. I will definitely book again next time. Really recommended. Greetings Imourig.

GGuest UserThis hotel was perfect for our family. The hotel is in a convenient location, clean and the price is value for money. Can’t complain about the hotel and its facilities and the price reflects. It had everything we needed, a bath/shower, toilet, kitchen facilities and large bedrooms. No balcony however small courtyard/garden area for each apartment. The were minimal food on offer for breakfast so we knew not to go for this restraunt for us again. However pools was on offer which was cold and relatively clean (we have stayed at pricier hotels in agadir and they was about the same temperature swimming pools!) so can’t complain for the price as we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and holiday at apart hotel tagadirt.

GGuest UserThe staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing
