MMister StephenFabulous hotel. Lovely lobby with fountain as you enter. Love the sound of water. And the fragrance. This hotel smells so good. Desk staff are very helpful and unrushed. My room had an excellent view of King Fahd's fountain. The room itself had plenty of space and was very clean. The shower pressure was strong and the water hot. I slept well on a big comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. The hotel has been around for decades but still looks great. It is a very short walk to the Corniche. I will stay here again next time I'm in Jeddah. Value for money.

GGuest UserThe downtown hotel recommended by the customer is next to the main road, not too far from the airport, and convenient to travel. There is a big shopping mall next to it and a Chinese restaurant. Hotel environment is OK, breakfast is very simple

Service: The service is very good. The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic.
Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.

GGuest UserWe were friendly received by the receptionist oldane and staff mizanon. The security officers are also friendly. The room was clean. Good Wi-Fi at the room and in the hotel. You can even check out until 14:00 and think with you. A large shopping mall at walking distance. In short, a fine hotel with good location with friendly people. A recommender!

GGuest UserThere is something wrong with the bed. I slept for a few nights and my whole body was itchy. I don’t know what’s going on. I didn’t have this feeling during my trip to UAE. I feel like I need to disinfect it… It’s so scary, such a bad feeling. This trouble has been bothering me for my next trip to Morocco…

GGuest UserI stayed here for 3N 4D, i even called day before of the check in asking if they were gonna provide towels. Unfortunately when i came there tjere was no towels provided. If you turn on the “TIDY me UP” button before you leave the room and when you come back the room is the same as it is. The room smells like cigarette also please note.
