Guest UserThe Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. 3 out of the 5 days I was the there the elevator wasn't working and I had to take the service elevator or walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. The stairs weren't cleaned well, and as a women traveling alone didn't feel all that safe! The hotel is under construction and the staff try's really hard to accommodate your needs. The breakfast (cold) was not what I was anticipating when booking the room and paying an extra $9.00, I only got breakfast one morning. Now that I know what to expect when staying there, I would probably go ahead and stay just because the staff was very friendly and its a block from my Office meeting, but I wouldn't pay extra for breakfast. The suites are very nice and roomy, so its easy to get work done.
