Kempton Park Hotels with Bars

I arranged four king-bed rooms at this hotel for my guests. Unfortunately, their experience at the hotel restaurant was quite unsatisfactory. During the meal, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only our table present. Despite this, service was noticeably slow and inattentive. After the starters were cleared, there was a long delay before anyone followed up regarding the main course. Even after ordering, plates were not brought in time, and the overall pace of service was unusually slow. Under such circumstances, it was difficult to understand the reason for the delay. The experience left a negative impression and fell short of what would be expected from a hotel of this standard. 我曾协助客人在该酒店预订了四间大床房，但其在酒店餐厅的用餐体验并不理想。 用餐期间，餐厅几乎处于空置状态，仅有我们一桌客人，但服务流程却明显缓慢且缺乏跟进。前菜结束后，长时间无人询问主菜安排；即便完成点单，餐盘也未能及时提供，上菜节奏明显异常。 在客流极少的情况下出现这样的情况，实在令人费解。整体体验未能达到该酒店应有的服务水准，留下了不佳的印象。

Very convenient hotel close to the airport. Great casino, stores and restaurants for entertainment and meals! The beds were extremely comfortable!! The plug points were a little problem for charging international cell phones. Interesting CODESA walk!

Stayed here before and main reason was close to airport, in safe complex, access to restaurants etc at Emperors Palace. Rooms clean and decent standard, Breakfast good and staff ready to help. Overall good and would stay again

Beautiful place! The design and style are very unique with an old Pueblo style, and the location is great. However, it is still being renovated, and the swimming pool was not open in the summer. There should be improvement in stating that the shuttle service comes with an extra cost; it should be advertised as an option, as most stays offer shuttle services at an additional expense. The price was 200Rand, and an Uber is cheaper. The receptionist was very helpful and clear; she was super nice.

Ein gutes Hotel nicht weit vom Flughafen. Shuttle Service vom und zum Flughafen ist sehr gut. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants, Casino, Spa.
