MMikeJMJonesBeautiful boutique hotel! It is extremely convenient for anyone who wants to be near the airport. Amazing staff. The only difficulty is that there is no on-site evening restaurant, nor any shops within walking distance. However, you can get Uber eats delivery food and Uber for any journeys. Check out is 10am, which seems very early and you have to pay extr for late check out. However, the rooms are amazing! A great choice for a peaceful escape... less perfect if you want to go out in evenings.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near the airport, which is very convenient. We are free, by a certain time with comfort delivered to the airport. The space itself is very beautiful, atmospheric, rooms all very convenient, modern. The staff are very friendly, kind and solve any questions! Very grateful and advise to the settlement! Price and quality at the highest level.
There is a swimming pool and a green lawn where birds walk freely

HHansexsI arranged four king-bed rooms at this hotel for my guests. Unfortunately, their experience at the hotel restaurant was quite unsatisfactory.
During the meal, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only our table present. Despite this, service was noticeably slow and inattentive. After the starters were cleared, there was a long delay before anyone followed up regarding the main course. Even after ordering, plates were not brought in time, and the overall pace of service was unusually slow.
Under such circumstances, it was difficult to understand the reason for the delay. The experience left a negative impression and fell short of what would be expected from a hotel of this standard.

用餐期间，餐厅几乎处于空置状态，仅有我们一桌客人，但服务流程却明显缓慢且缺乏跟进。前菜结束后，长时间无人询问主菜安排；即便完成点单，餐盘也未能及时提供，上菜节奏明显异常。
在客流极少的情况下出现这样的情况，实在令人费解。整体体验未能达到该酒店应有的服务水准，留下了不佳的印象。

LLisinkaIt is a lovely place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding!!!
Could do with non slip bath mats when getting out the shower. Rooms can do with more heating as it was very cold.
The bed was okay could do with a more sturdy mattress.
Overall experience was great and the reception ladies was amazing and friendly.

GGuest UserMy husband arrived early at the hotel (7am) , tired and exhausted after a long flight and staff were not helpful with getting him into the room atleast a little earlier than the check-in time or offered any other available room , he was told to wait until 2pm to check into his room .
Also , he asked for a halal meal when calling room service and they just told him they don’t have anything , instead of offering an alternative .
I really hope that in future , the service of this hotel would be more helpful .

GGuest UserBeautiful place! The design and style are very unique with an old Pueblo style, and the location is great. However, it is still being renovated, and the swimming pool was not open in the summer. There should be improvement in stating that the shuttle service comes with an extra cost; it should be advertised as an option, as most stays offer shuttle services at an additional expense. The price was 200Rand, and an Uber is cheaper. The receptionist was very helpful and clear; she was super nice.

GGuest UserThe hotel is suitable for staying at night. Its obvious advantage is the proximity to the airport. Also the hotel offers free airport transfer. There is some dirty and bleaching walls in the room and the quality of ground cover. However, bed linen is clean. The surroundings are unfavourable in the district, the hotel itself is safe. If you are not very rude, the hotel will be quite suitable, but for more than 1 day would not be recommended.

JJoey NdiithiThe staff were very friendly and they were kind to attend to my needs to make sure that it was comfortable. The breakfast was great and they even prepared it in advance when i left at 5am since my flight was early in the morning. The environment is serene and quiet for a good rest.
