The hotel is located 35 min walk from the town otherwise 10min of drive to the city. The reception service is excellent, very helpful and polite. The pool and the jacuzzi is heated even during the winter, and kept clean and tidy around, it was enjoyable to use it in the morning. The room I had was classic, but my room was upgraded from a classic to family when I arrived. The room kept clean and tidy each day! The things like a rob and slippers are not provided, but it was a pleasant stay and going to come back again.

New Year's Eve: Room/Studio, spacious with terrace. Very quiet, clean, well equipped, “king size” bed (2X 90CM), very comfortable. Furthermore, no problem parking in the private car park and night guard. My husband and I are delighted and recommend “Zenitude Hotel”. The hotel is located on the first line, near the station. The room is large, comfortable. Breakfast is good. There were no shoes and coats, hair conditioner. The isolation with the neighboring rooms is very good, but the noise from the corridor and the street from 7 a.m. is just terrible. However, I would stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay! We’ve had a room with the balcony, spacious and clean. Beach is 5mins away, lots of bars and restaurants around.

Chambre deluxe très spacieuse, en rez-de-chaussée devant la piscine. Réceptionnistes très agréables, chambre très propres et confortables. Petites remarques: manque une petite table dans la chambre (outre le bureau) + pas de doorknob pour commander petit déjeuner en chambre + une penderie n’avait pas de tringle à vêtements.

The place is very clean. I arrived late at night and there are staff at the reception (very rare in France) helping me to carry my huge luggage to my room. For this price, I have nothing to complain at all. And the breakfast is free for kids under 12yo (but I paid via trip.com). I would truly recommend this for a short and convenient stay!

I went back to the comfort apartment hotel de la tour mare Frejus Friday afternoon. I was very well received at the reception and with a smile. I arrived in the apartment, it was very clean and comfortable. There was even a special attention of household women to put 2 small chocolate bars on the bed. She gave me a right away. I enjoyed the swimming pool that was clean. I would come back with great pleasure.

Good stay. We did not use the pool but it is a big plus. The room was large and clean. The hotel hall is nice! The only complaint is about the position that is next to a highway or sort of and it is not particularly nice/safe to cross it by night as the area around towards the city center is not well enlighted and very few people by night.

L'hôtel propose une vue magnifique sur le lever de soleil et ça vaut quelques désagréments. Les chambres sont propres mais la salle des repas ne l'est pas. Nous étions dans les premiers au petit déjeuner et il y avait des restes alimentaires sont du gruyère (du dîner de la veille) sur les chaises et le sol. Les chambres n'ont ni de frigo ni de minibar (ce qui obligatoire dans un hôtel 3 étoiles, mais c'est un ”club” et non un hôtel) donc pour conserver des aliments pour bébé c'est impossible sachant que la cuisine et la réception refusent de prendre ne serait ce qu'une boîte de vache qui rit.

We checked into our room and immediately noticed unswept hair on the floor. The bathroom door wouldn't close completely and was slightly ajar, which was very disconcerting. There was black mold in the shower, the sink wouldn't drain, the electrical outlet was coming loose from the wall, and the bed creaked with every movement. We asked the receptionist for a room upgrade, and they did, thank you. The new room was much better, everything worked, and we were relieved. But we also encountered a bummer: in the bathroom upon arrival, there were ”traces of previous tenants” under the toilet seat. I don't want to nitpick, of course, but the experience wasn't the best. Perhaps they should have a conversation with the staff or establish some kind of oversight over cleaning.
