"The room was clean, the kitchen utensils were complete, the air conditioning was very powerful, the room had an electric heater, the toilet had a heating pole, and it was very comfortable to use warm bath towels. It’s super close to the beach, and I went to the beach in a minute or two. I watched the sunrise and it was awesome! On the unmanned beach, there are quite a lot of birds, and there are five or six kinds. Easy parking. Toiletries are a better brand in New Zealand"

This is a really nice motel that is in a great location, close to the beach and a scenic hiking spot. There are also several great restaurants nearby (albeit quite pricey).

Facilities: The hotel has excellent facilities and convenient parking.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy.
Environment: The hotel's living room was pleasantly decorated, and the elevator and other amenities were also good.

The place was unexpectedly nice. Room was clean and there were some nice touches - a wee bottle of full cream milk with a nice creamy top, a bottle of water chilling in the fridge. Check in was effortless. The shower was a little weak but overall I'm really glad I stayed here. New world supermarket across the road and a world class steak restaurant around the corner

This is a really well equipped room and we were very happy with our stay. The room is large and well lit. Comfy big beds and the air-con works well as it gets very warm in the room with the afternoon sun streaming in. We enjoyed the very vocal welcoming cat in reception too! The location is very close to everything you need during your stay.
Would love to have a sealed bottle of milk rather than the pre filled bottle, and there were toenail clippings all over the carpet by my side of the bed and the light bulbs were coated in dust; these were small issues but didn’t detract from what is a great place to stay. A little attention to detail and this place is close to 10/10.

was a very pleasure stay... friendly staff and very helpful.
room was clean and spacious enough. parking slot was also very convenient. places to go was nearby too , groceery and small sight seeing. was a decent area to be at.
Room is neat and clean, bed are comfortable and hot water works stable... nice
Motel comes with in house laundry too which is convenient (chargeable services)
Will come back again !!

Very nice room! My preference. Room with sense on white floor.
There is a drum washing machine and I washed it four times! It will dry in 60 minutes.
The owner was very kind and gave me a neat explanation.
Please go to this hotel when staying in this area!!!

Overall, the sanitary environment is average, but the service is very good. The hotel facilities are a bit old, the sound insulation effect is poor, and there is some noise near the roadside. However, the transportation is very convenient and it is very close to Bayfair Shopping Center.

Temporary booking, cost-effective, health is not bad. The hotel room is very spacious, with electric stoves and pots and tableware, very suitable for your breakfast to simply do something. There is an indoor garage on the -1 floor, there are about 15 parking spaces, you can also park directly on the side of the road. Overall very convenient

Travelled for a 21st Birthday
We Travelled with our 96yr old Mother & we were given a very roomy unit with a disability shower & chair which was really appreciated.
The beds were comfortable with beautiful crisp white sheets.
There was everything that you could have wanted & will definitely be making it our go to Motel as we travel to Tauranga often to visit family.

Amazing place right near the venue I needed to be at! 5 min walk to the beach and 5min walk to the strip with all the restaurants and stores. Will def be staying again!
