Not bad, good

The service is very good. The location is also good. It is economical. There is a very friendly manager. The experience is very good. You can go to many places by walking around. The price is very good. There is no need to stay in a more expensive place. Haha

First of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future

We were put in a third storey room and there was no elevator. There was no one around to assist with carrying our luggage up the stairs. I strained my knee doing it myself. Then I had two days of having to go up and down those stairs every time I wanted to go out. Before my vacation was over, I ended up buying a cane. Not a very good way to start a vacation. The air conditioning in the restaurant was freezing cold. The location being so close to the beach was great. There were some restaurants within walking distance.

Being a Travel Agent, going on my own trip's. Feels good to go to a hotel and be treated great! The view was amazing! Will be staying again❤️❤️🤗🤗

Very nice staff love the access to pool, beach and hot pool..Eddy front desk very acco.odating. Rooms are older but good for the money
