Beach Hotels in Portimao

It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Praia da Rocha. The location is convenient, but the hotel's hygiene level is average. I wonder if it is because our room is located underground. There are many flying ants and insects. Many flying ants fell from the chandelier onto our bed.

The staff are friendly The room condition is also the best of many facilities I have ever stayed in Portiman.

Location of the resort is spot on. Good to stay who likes all SUPs, surfing etc. Resort is okay with amenities. You will not find any toiletries other than shampoo, body wash in bathroom so bring your own. I booked 4 bed apartment. one double bed and one sofa cum bed. Double bed was really good but at the same time sofa cum bed was not so comfortable. Room was very cold when we and it took whole night to get warm with heater. Swimming pool is ofcourse not in use due to winter time. so all in all the stay was okay, we can get better service, amenities, facility with the same room rates in other hotels.

In the future, I will come back with my parents. All the scenery in the picture is in the hotel. There are three swimming pools. The most beautiful is the one by the sea and there is next to it. The viewing platform overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. There are ladders to go down to the beach. There are many restaurants in the hotel. But the location is a bit biased. But Portugal is convenient to take a taxi. The only bad point is that one day we hung up the sign that needed cleaning, but we came back at night and found that there was no. People came to clean the room. We thought no one would come to clean before we checked out. We didn't take the sign back, but we didn't expect the room service to knock on the door the next day. We were a little embarrassed...

Appartement hotel , ruim appartement sober ingericht , schoon , badkamer toe aan renoveren , in bad douchen met oud douchegordijn. Bed smal en niet echt comfortabel. Ontbijt goed maar elke dag hetzelfde om te kiezen . . Prima locatie dichtbij supermarktje restaurants en het strand.

View from the room is great and the room is fairly clean - for the price, if it’s not for the incident, I would not have anything to complain. The only downsides are the property is slightly dated and there is virtually no service in the evening. In the evening I arrived I was not told that there was no water during the day, and when I almost go into shower I realise the water were all muddy and the shower diverter is so old that it simply doesn’t work. I asked the receptionist about the water and I was then told I should just let the water flow (but he didn’t attempt to offer to come check it out or offer alternative room in the interim), and he told me he doesn’t know what to do with the diverter so I should just wait till next morning when his colleagues take over his shift from him.

The hostel is so clean and the warm water comes out well The view is so pretty It's an apartment style, so it's quite spacious with a living room. It was a very satisfying hostel It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to the beach.

Charmless building surrounded by areas under development. Dated facilities. Disappointing value for money. The only drawback is the nice beach view from the upper floors. But that's not enough to justify this choice.

Average accommodation, average conditions and not in line with the value. The service at reception was not always the best. And when you go there with the intention of resting, the noise of ”construction work” at 8 am on a Sunday is not appropriate. And access to the room almost requires a GPS. Good breakfast, with variety and friendliness.

The room was small for three people, but it had all the basic necessities. Dogs are also allowed. The lady at the reception was very nice. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. For us it was the perfect step over for just one night before continuing our travels.
