The name of the SunsetLoft resort speaks for itself. At the most beautiful spot on the island of Vir there are sunsets almost every day like in the film. In total, the property has about 2000 square meters in the middle is a main house, SunsetLoft 14, two bungalows on the right and left. The four bungalows and the main house have just been completely renovated and new, modern and high quality. The main house has about 100 square meters on the ground floor and a 45 square meter terrace with a direct view of the sea. In this apartment there are two bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, and a very large living and dining area. Upstairs is a 140sqm apartment with a large glass front. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a very spacious living-dining area and a large balcony directly to the sea. The decor is similar to that of the other SunsetLoft apartments, the house is only much larger. All furniture was designed by us and the carpenter and manufactured and assembled by the Carpenter Birger from Miesbach. The ground floor is for 4 people, the upper floor with 3 bedrooms for 6 people. From the terrace there is a very spacious barbecue area in the middle of large palm trees. The grill is equipped so that you can grill a whole suckling pig or lamb there. Go through the garden to the sea. Whether you want to relax and swim or explore the area, the area offers a lot. If you are a boat owner, you are welcome to moor at one of our 3 buoys and rent it. By boat you can reach many islands and dreamlike bays for swimming in a short time. If you are lucky, you will meet dolphins this year as well.It takes 3-5 minutes by car from the resort to Vir, and the beautiful city of Zadar in about 30 minutes. There is everything you need for a great vacation on the island. A diving school, boat and bicycle rental, many shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the center, with us you will find peace.Be aware of cheap flight connections to Zadar! All bungalows (formerly Susi, Alex and Mike) have been refurbished to a high standard, kitchen and bathroom, bedrooms and floors redesigned. The furnishings of the bungalows were made by the carpenter. All bungalows are located directly on the sea. From all terraces you have a wonderful view of the sea. The complex is in a quiet location and only 5 minutes by car from the center. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as various shops.In front of the facility there is our breakwater on the beach with opportunities to lie down. You can let your boat into the water directly via the slip system and attach it to one of the 3 in-house buoys for a fee.The complex is child-friendly, in addition to the beach, a beautiful garden can be used.Free parking for 1 car on the property.Be aware of cheap flight connections to Zadar!
