A wonderful hotel with an excellent location, very close to the Haram. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay. Special thanks and appreciation to the employee ”Alaa Al Harbi” for her warm welcome, exceptional service, and professional demeanor. Thank you to the hotel management; this will certainly not be our last visit.

I stayed at this hotel with my family when I went for Umrah. What I loved about them was that they provided us with a room around 9:00 AM at no additional charge, even though check-in was much later. We were very tired and needed to freshen up before starting our Umrah.

Very good experience! The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to Haram. Communication was excellent, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money comfortable good service and easy car parking. Bus was great.
Only 2 things 1) a guy kept knocking the door even though we had do not disturb light on and 2) the flashing lights from the wifi box were very irritating in night when we were heading off to sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Haram by bus, with readily available bus services. It's a clean hotel with excellent reception. The experience was lovely.

Note: For those booking for Umrah, the distance between the bus stop (Shab Amer) and the Haram is a bit far for elderly parents.

I just wanted a quiet place to relax, but I did not get that. There were a lot of families with lots of children running around, and even in my room I couldn’t sleep at night because I could hear the children in the room next door screaming. The hotel couldn’t move me because they were full. I don’t understand why the rooms aren’t sound isolated for the price we are paying. The pool area was also constantly having kids running around. I was also disappointed that I had to cover up at the pool. All my Saudi friends told me in fancy hotels you can wear bikini so was very disappointed that I had to cover up, The food - I had a club sandwich that was awful, and I payed 75 SAR so I was very disappointed in the taste and quality of those ingredients. However the other meals especially dinner and deserts were very good. The Spa area when I went didn’t have anyone to help me.

The bathroom smells and shower glass door is broken, so water flood the place. I was told this is opened in 2025 while on trip.com, it shows 2017, whichever the date, the premise looks ok only the rooms are little sad. The ironing board is cheap quality as the metal is sharp and the cloth covering the ironing board is torn.

The hotel is wonderful, including the staff's service and the location. I found that in some rooms, a disturbing pump noise was clearly audible, but the issue was resolved by changing to another room, for which I am grateful. My only minor comment is that I hope attention will be paid to checking the room before handing it over to the guest. I found the room without towels and had to contact reception three times to send them. Despite that, I waited about 45 minutes, and the towels didn't arrive until I left the room and looked for a staff member in the hallways, where I found someone who brought them to me. This was certainly surprising, but I trust it was an isolated incident. Therefore, I say that the hotel is wonderful, and I will definitely stay there again whenever I visit Riyadh, God willing.
