I booked a lake view room, and the scenery was absolutely stunning! It's right across from Yuanxiang Lake and the Poly Grand Theatre. I could enjoy the sunrise right from my bed in the morning and watch fireworks set off by others in the evening. The service was a little lacking, and the cocktails at the lobby bar were just okay. But the beautiful view and decent value for money definitely made up for it!

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Wujiaochang was a fantastic experience! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer incredible night views. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. The breakfast spread was extensive, catering to both Western and Chinese palates. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

A special thanks to the duty manager and front office manager for all their coordination and assistance. I'm truly grateful; they were incredibly kind.

We had a wonderful time staying at Hyatt Regency Shanghai Grand Harbor! All the staff were amazing beyond our expectations. Jerry at the concierge service was very helpful throughout our stay, and even helped us with train tickets purchase, which was greatly appreciated. The staff at the concierge service also helped store our luggage while we took a trip to Jingdezhen and received Taobao packages for us between our two different stays at the hotel.The hotel room is spacious, modern and well maintained. It has a comfortable layout and the view is beautiful. The hotel provides delicious breakfast, happy hour appetizers early in the evening, drinks and refreshments during the day. The indoor swimming pool opens at 6 am and the facilities are well designed to optimize guests experience. We highly recommend this excellent hotel, especially for international travelers who may have some challenges navigating in China.

The welcome at the front desk was brilliant with the staff being extremely friendly and proficient in English. The room was outstanding and the bath super for a “ spa moment as a hot tub “ to relax in. The room was a dream “ home “ design and definitely where you want to live in !  Although it was only a one night stop over …. The Hyatt Regency is drawing me back to spend more days there !!

It would have been better if we weren't given a connecting room. The soundproofing was terrible; we could hear everything through the door. Our neighbor had a little boy who cried relentlessly – morning at 6-7 am, evening at 9 pm before bed, and even in the middle of the night. This went on for our entire three-day, two-night stay, and it severely impacted our rest, leaving us utterly exhausted!

To make matters worse, there's ongoing municipal construction around the hotel, with roads being dug up and pile drivers starting their incessant noise early in the morning. This also greatly affected our sleep. If the hotel is aware of such noise pollution, they should at least provide earplugs for guests.

Aside from these issues, the hotel itself is very family-friendly, with a great pool and a kids' play area. It's quite suitable for a weekend family getaway, but definitely avoid connecting rooms and perhaps wait until the road construction is finished before visiting again.

Hyatt Regency Chongming is an absolute gem for families with kids! The hotel feels like a tranquil garden, with fresh air and spacious surroundings. My children absolutely loved feeding the animals at the petting zoo, and the indoor heated pool and kids' club were perfect for burning off energy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some even have balconies with swings, which is a great touch. The abundance of family-friendly activities ensured everyone had a fantastic time. It's truly a wonderful escape from the city and a perfect place to enjoy quality family time.

Honestly, the hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. After all, it's not a super luxurious hotel, so I'm not going to be overly picky about the facilities. It has everything a five-star hotel should have; even in an Arab country, the minibar offers Tennessee whiskey 🥃, which is a big plus. The hotel is very close to the metro station, making transportation convenient. The biggest highlight is the breakfast, which features a unique and ever-changing array of Indian 🇮🇳 dishes – definitely worth trying. However, if you have a 'Chinese stomach,' be warned: it's fine for a day or two, but by the third day, it might be hard to stomach.

I really enjoyed the breakfast here on my previous visit, especially the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon — it was beautifully prepared and delicious.
However, this morning the same order looked and tasted quite different, with only the poached eggs and smoked salmon served, without the bread, sauce, or garnish.
I wanted to share this feedback because I truly appreciate the quality I experienced before, and I hope it can be consistent.

More touristes more service for respect.

The hotel is big and great, The cleanliness is on point with daily house keeping and all the amenities. The only thing lacking is the food for breakfast as the apartment residents have to go to the 25th floor for breakfast and the options are limited. The apartment are nice and clean. Depending on the room type you can see the Burj Khalifa. The supermarket downstairs is really useful to buy essentials.  With family the apartment are a really good choice .

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.

We had a fantastic stay. The location of the Hyatt Regency Stratford is brilliant. Although not in the traditional city centre, the transport links are second to none. The direct connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line is a game-changer for travelers. We also found it incredibly easy to explore all of London thanks to the well-connected Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, etc.). Being surrounded by the Westfield shopping mall and countless dining options was a huge convenience. A truly great experience—highly recommended and we will certainly be back on our next London visit

Great location and room. It is wise to choice here. Near Blackfriar and City Thames Link station. and there is a Tesco near by. You gonna love it. We need vacuum to store our clothes，they happy to help！

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.
