Stayed at the Grand Hyatt last week with friends for a show at the Poly Theatre. The hotel's location is excellent, with views of Yuanxiang Lake from the windows. You can directly access the adjacent mall from the first-floor lobby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly. We got an open-plan junior suite, which was spacious and comfortably laid out. I was a bit confused why the mini-fridge was empty, though. Breakfast was decent; the freshly made noodles were quite good, but I didn't think it was appropriate for the chefs to be talking loudly to each other.

Second time staying at this hotel, and what really stands out again is the Guest Lounge on the 23rd floor – great atmosphere and excellent service. We got a room on the 21st floor; didn't manage to get upgraded to the 65 sqm deluxe room, but overall, I'm still quite satisfied. Oh, and the potstickers at breakfast were delicious! 🥟

Service: We booked a stay with breakfast included, but when we checked in, the breakfast wasn't registered. The next morning, we were told at the restaurant that we didn't have breakfast. After we reported it to the front desk, they sorted it out. It's not a huge issue, but I hope the hotel can become more proficient in handling these details.

Breakfast: It was alright, the mini wontons were tasty.

Environment: I had requested a quiet room, but I was assigned a room right next to the elevator. Because the soundproofing isn't great, I was sometimes woken up by noisy children passing by. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Pros: It's close to Wanda Plaza, within walking distance. The small lake view outside the hotel is lovely, great for a walk after breakfast, and the surroundings are beautiful.

The room was quite spacious, and they provided a crib, playpen, baby bathtub, and shampoo cap upon request (big plus!). However, the crib's base was made of wooden slats, and even with the thin mattress, it was incredibly uncomfortable – completely unusable for sleeping. So, we ended up moving the sofa bed next to our main bed for the baby, which worked out perfectly. It's also very close to Sponge Park behind the planetarium, and the view for fireworks is excellent.

The location is really out of the way, with nothing around, and the hotel facilities are very limited. They list many activities, but they all cost extra and aren't even that fun. I saw a company team-building event there; they had to entertain themselves.

I requested a quiet room, but they didn't prepare one. Instead, I got a room right by the elevator. Whether it was guests or staff, they were slamming doors incredibly loudly, bang, bang, bang, repeatedly. It was so noisy.

The room facilities were quite disappointing. The overhead water outlet had no water, and the shower head just trickled. The hot and cold water knob was bizarre – turn it a tiny bit and it's scalding, a tiny bit less and it's freezing. I had no idea which way to turn it, so I just stuck with cold, figuring it's better than getting scalded. 

The corners weren't very clean either; the silicone sealant was all moldy. Speechless 🤦‍♀️

We had a fantastic stay. The location of the Hyatt Regency Stratford is brilliant. Although not in the traditional city centre, the transport links are second to none. The direct connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line is a game-changer for travelers. We also found it incredibly easy to explore all of London thanks to the well-connected Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, etc.). Being surrounded by the Westfield shopping mall and countless dining options was a huge convenience. A truly great experience—highly recommended and we will certainly be back on our next London visit

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Karen at the front desk gave such a warm welcome — she was friendly, helpful, and really made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe was relaxed and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Hyatt Regency Deira recently. Overall it was a good experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff is polite and helpful, and the hotel has good facilities like a pool, gym, and restaurants. Location is convenient if you want to stay in Deira near Gold Souk and the metro.

The hotel is a bit old compared to newer Dubai hotels, but service and cleanliness are very good. Breakfast was also nice with many options.

Overall, good value for money if you want a 5-star hotel in Deira area. Recommended for business trips and family stays.

I paid for the room upon arrival. The hotel room itself was good. The hotel stated they don't charge any security deposit, but Trip.com still hasn't refunded mine. When will I get it back?!

The hotel is big and great, The cleanliness is on point with daily house keeping and all the amenities. The only thing lacking is the food for breakfast as the apartment residents have to go to the 25th floor for breakfast and the options are limited. The apartment are nice and clean. Depending on the room type you can see the Burj Khalifa. The supermarket downstairs is really useful to buy essentials.  With family the apartment are a really good choice .

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.
