The room was quite spacious and cosy, which made our stay comfortable. The location is right next to Toyosu Market and near to teamLab Planets so it is convenient if you’re planning a visit there. 

However, the service experience could be improved. The staff could be more friendly and welcoming, particularly at the front desk. We requested mineral water since there were no bottles provided in the room. Instead of simply providing them, a staff member followed us to the room to check and confirm that there were indeed none before giving them to us. This felt unnecessary and slightly uncomfortable.

Overall, the hotel has good potential with its comfortable rooms and excellent location, but improvements in customer service would make the stay much more pleasant.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It's about a 15-minute ride on the Keikyu Line from Shinagawa, and then a 3-minute walk from the station. A crucial tip: for the morning shuttle, you absolutely need to be at the stop on the right side of the exit at least 10 minutes early. If you show up right on time or just a minute or two beforehand, you'll definitely miss it!

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Anamori-inari Station on the Keikyu Line, making it very close to Haneda Airport. However, the commercial facilities are across the street from the hotel and aren't as abundant as in other areas. The most important perk is the free airport shuttle service. The earliest shuttle departs at 4 AM, which is incredibly thoughtful for early morning flights, and the bus itself is large and spacious. For Japan, the hotel room size feels quite generous, especially the bathroom, which gets a big thumbs-up.

The room was much more spacious than I expected, and the amenities at the front desk were a convenient and thoughtful touch. The breakfast was also very substantial! What really stood out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. We were planning a trip to Shirakawa-go, and the staff patiently helped us book bus tickets, even writing down every leg of our journey on notes. This made our trip incredibly smooth and hassle-free – we were truly touched by their kindness.

This hotel is truly just about 50 meters from the subway station. Unfortunately, there's no escalator at this exit, so you have to carry your luggage manually. Exit 6, which has an elevator, is across the street and about 150 meters away. Ichiran Ramen is conveniently located a few blocks away, and it's quick to get to the beach by subway. Fukuoka Art Museum is also a direct subway ride away. The downsides are that the breakfast selection is very limited, and you have to walk a bit to get to the nearby Lawson and FamilyMart. On the plus side, there's ice available in the hotel lobby, which is nice, and the snacks bought at the hotel are very fresh.
