The location was perfect next to the China Town & convenient to CBD. Only 15-20mins transportation to  Sydney airport. I checked around 00:00, only One staff at the front desk, he seemed tired & his hand writing was terrible, the WiFi PW did not work & no one answer the phone when I dial from room. Next day, another helpful staff wrote the correct PW for me. The room was spacious but no enough desk area, the bed was comfy. The hygiene was unacceptable specially the toilet. The cleaning staff only clean twice during my 5 nights stay , the hair was sticked on the ceiling , molds were terrible in the shower area. The hotel need to enhance the cleaning & interior environment work. Overall this hotel was not worthy for the price I paid. Disappointed.

This hotel is right at the airport, the closest one to Terminal 1. There's a bus stop right next to the building. The restaurant on the M floor serves both breakfast and dinner, and the food and service are excellent. Even though the room faces the airport, there's no noise. It's spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with new furniture and carpets. The bathroom and shower are separate (wet/dry), which is convenient and civilized. It definitely lives up to chain hotel standards. They even thoughtfully provide luggage trolleys at the entrance for guests' convenience.

Excellent location with just a few minutes walk from light rails and Chinatown. However, this hotel's service would need a bit more improvement.

The cleanliness was okay but the room was quite dusty when we got in. We didn't receive the housekeeping during the 2nd day because they said we had the DND sign on during 0900-1500. However, that was quite a news for us as we got out at around 1200 for lunch and had the housekeeping sign on then came back at around 1400 to get some stuff and we found that no housekeeper came to the room. The sign itself was a poor design as well as it would get flipped over to the other side if someone passes by fast along the corridor.

Anyways, by the time we got back to the hotel in the evening, they said they can't do anything because the housekeepers are off already. 

One more thing to be aware of is that there's a restaurant/bar downstairs. It gets quite noisy at night (around 11pm-2am) and you could actually feel the vibrations from downstairs. If you complain about it, then they would sent down the security to ask them to keep their volume down.

Alas, there was a fire that broke out in the restaurant connected to the hotel so we had to leave the hotel at 3am for safety measures.

The hotel's location is excellent, just about 100 meters from the Christmas tree and Martin Place. It's also not far from Town Hall, and you can take bus 333 to Bondi Beach. The Sydney Opera House is roughly 1 kilometer away, and you can even spot some seals from here. The hotel is located at 97 Pitt Street. An Uber to the airport would be around 160 RMB, or about 38 AUD, which is more cost-effective than taking Opal Card public transport, especially for two people. For a single traveler, public transport is fine. The double bed in the double room is a bit small, but understandable. Breakfast is included and offers fruits, yogurt, and coffee, but no vegetables. Main dishes include bread, eggs, bacon, and beans. Overall, it's pretty good.

Rydges Sydney Central is a comfortable, well-located hotel near Central Station, making it very convenient for getting around Sydney. The rooms are spacious and clean, make it a solid, good-value stay.

The corner room was very spacious and comfortable for a family stay. There's also a small balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped with coffee and tea provided. The minibar is chargeable, and there are no toothbrushes or slippers. The only 'bug' was that the third bed in the triple room was in the living room and had a glass door that let in all the light, so we were woken up by the brightness early in the morning.

The hotel's location is great, and the rooms are new. The front desk staff were very friendly. The check-in time is quite strict, but some other guests were able to check in early. The prices at the bar are reasonable, but if you don't want to use it, you'll need to buy your drinks in advance. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

This hotel in Sydney felt the most like a domestic chain hotel. Inside, I didn't even feel like I was in a foreign country, with familiar decor and style. It might even have been decorated and designed by Chinese people. It was just for a one-night stay. Breakfast was decent.

My stay at Rydges Parramatta exceeded all expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire visit.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Parramatta, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Rydges Parramatta offers convenience without compromising on comfort.

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy sanctuary after a long day of exploring or meetings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request and were always eager to assist with a friendly smile. Whether it was recommending a local restaurant or arranging transportation, their attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest.

The amenities at Rydges Parramatta are top-notch. I enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the pool and unwinding in the sauna after a busy day.

I found it a little run down, overall.  The photo on the brochure must be a decade old!  Inside the rooms and around the property is not 4 star.

Our family of five stayed here. The play area with a fenced-off baby space was a huge plus. The pool was open and inviting, and since it was a hot spring pool, it was warm and comfortable. We didn't have high expectations for the dinner buffet, but even though there weren't many options, the quality of each dish was excellent, and we were very satisfied. Since it was a Sunday, it was cheaper than other days, and the kids stayed for free, which was great. The room was spacious enough for all five of us (three children). I think the stay would have been even more comfortable if the water facilities were a bit cleaner. It's also just a five-minute drive from town, and there's a gas station nearby for any last-minute purchases. Toothbrushes weren't provided in the room, but we could get them at the front desk. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

The overall experience was very disappointing. The service desk was always occupied since there was only one staff member available, which made check-in and any requests very time-consuming. The biggest issue was the hot water kettle in the room—it was in terrible condition, with visible dirt and stains. I needed to boil water for my baby, but it was impossible to use safely. This was a nightmare and left me very dissatisfied with the stay.

A hotel for the location really. Perfect for an early morning flight. The view out the windows to the construction area below isn't great, but you don't stay here for the views. Nice smooth check-in and check-out, even at 5am.

I wanted to stay somewhere close to public transport. The main train station is just a stone’s throw away. It is near the end of Lambton Quay- the main drag in Wellington. Also for my friends who live in the outer suburbs of Wellington this hotel is close to the freeway and an easy access to collect me.

The room is really clean and spacious and there is a kitchenette with stove and microwave to heat up/cook food.

The bathroom is huge and has an accessible shower which is quite impressive.
