AAlfiusThe reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

GGuest UserOnly 2 things disappointed me during my stay, room 315, the shower, the water had little pressure causing the shower to drip in some places and in others the shower to be very thin and weak, and the bed we booked was a queen-size, but the room had a double bed, our nights were not well slept.

HHANYONGThere is no kettle, I asked the front desk to ask for it, and the answer was: I gave it to you and the others were gone. The room facilities are old, the gym only has three treadmills and few other equipment.

GGuest UserHotel está precisando de uma renovação, é bonito por fora mas está com carpetes antigos, toalhas muito velhas, estavam até rasgadas, móveis totalmente ultrapassados, além do mais não fica claro em momento algum no momento da reserva que não se terá acesso a piscina do complexo, a que fica beira lago, só reservamos por isso inclusive. Informaram que como os dois hotéis tem ficado muito cheios eles optaram por fazer essa divisão é só o Royal tem acesso, porém como não fica claro e outras vezes em que fui não tinha isso, eu reservei sem saber de nada e foi uma decepção.

GGuest UserThe location is a bit odd and there is no parking inside the hotel, only the public parking spots outside, there are often fully occupied, other than that the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big, illuminated and ventilated and the staff is super helpful.

PPanglima JagumbaHotel was clean and nice. Buffet breakfast also was really good. And the staff allowed me to early check in at 9 AM, and I was really tired from the long overnight flight. Definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone.

AAnonymous UserThe place is located in the center of Brasilia. It is opposite the shopping mall. It is relatively convenient. The hotel is clean and the service attitude is good. It is very welcoming. Please pay attention to whether the hotel provides breakfast. It is relatively cost-effective. It is relatively new and parking is available. However, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. Taking a shower requires hot and cold water.

GGuest UserGood value for money and convenient location. Decor is a little tired but the room was serviceable. Disappointingly breakfast didn't start on time and I was asked to leave the dining area - I had to leave for the airport so missed out on breakfast.
