The hotel service was so-so. The front desk staff were rather inflexible. After staying two nights, my key card stopped working on the second day, so I had to go back to the front desk to get it renewed. The door lock also broke that night, thankfully it was fixed in time, but it was still a bit of a hassle. There weren't many restaurants nearby, so I ate at all three hotel restaurants. I'm not picky, but the food was all pretty good, and the portions were huge – three people couldn't finish four dishes! The hotel pool was only 1.5 meters deep, not suitable for those who aren't good swimmers. The staff recommended renting a swim ring for 20 yuan. The pool wasn't crowded, so the experience was okay. Overall, in terms of service, the Mercure next door was better. Because the food was served late, they even gave my child a complimentary steamed egg. I didn't mind the egg, but it made me feel respected!

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the down quilt is light and warm, leaving you refreshed after a night of deep sleep. We stayed here during the May Day holiday. The hotel is located inside the scenic area, so the shuttle service was very smooth, and check-in was prompt. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, offering complimentary fruit. We had children with us, and the staff were very friendly towards them, which was a big plus. The kids also enjoyed the hotel's activities – everything was great. I do have a few minor suggestions: When checking in with children, it would be helpful to proactively ask if they need kids' toiletries and slippers, rather than waiting for guests to request them. The mosquito repellent in our room was nearly empty, and despite calling twice, it was never delivered. Also, there was no information provided about the hotel's facilities, leaving guests to figure things out on their own.

The hotel is located in the commercial street, the environment is good, the green value is good, the room is small and exquisite. The lobby is far from the place to live, breakfast is eaten outside the noodle store, farther. The downside is that the hotel's service needs to be improved. We arrived at the hotel at about 1:30 pm that day. There was a room that had not been cleaned. We said that WeChat was good for me, but we wandered outside and waited for three hours. When we asked the room in the lobby, they remembered to put it in our room. Speechless, no good feeling

The hotel service is also very good. We provide pick-up and drop-off services to and from the lobby. Fortunately, we met the driver, Master Yu, several times. The master was very enthusiastic in introducing us to the surrounding area, and even spotted wild deer in the distance with his sharp eyes! So happy. When we started chatting, the master also performed a ventriloquist performance for us. The calls of magpies and various birds came randomly, which was particularly powerful. The forest park is large and clean, with a very good ecology. There are many wild animals such as magpies, egrets, and peacocks. I don't know if it is due to the tree species or because it is well maintained. There are no bugs and the facilities are also well maintained. The food was relatively small, but the taste was okay. The old fisherman's food was quite delicious. Although the seasoning was normal, the seafood was very fresh. I had a lot of fun and will bring my friends next time!

Other things are ok, but the service attitude is bad. There is no breakfast left. I bought a breakfast coupon and wanted to refund it, but they said it would be served later. I started to eat, but when I finished eating, they didn't serve it again. When I asked, they said they couldn't serve it again. Speechless. They also had a bad attitude when they issued an invoice.

The stay experience was particularly good, the hotel was strategically located, the travel was very convenient, the rooms were spotless, the lighting and ventilation were good, and the bedding was comfortable. I slept very peacefully at night, the staff was friendly, the response was timely, the service was meticulous and intimate, and the supporting facilities were perfect. Full of cost performance, highly recommended to everyone.

The floor was a bit dirty. The children played on the ground and the clothes were dirty. The room facilities are different from the purchase page. There is no weight scale, no double sofa, and the hair dryer is not Feike. The first time I went, I didn’t know the situation. I couldn’t order takeaway here, so there was food at the door. The hotel also has instant noodles sausages to buy. The hotel has breakfast. Not bad, Yangchun noodles are very delicious, overall it is not too good for our stay experience this time, but it is indeed a place to sleep
