Facilities: Free upgraded suite, two inside and outside, clean and tidy, hot water is sufficient, very warm, and the water is very soft, there will be white bubbles, really good. The only thing that is not so good is that the room is a bit old and may need ventilation. It was already cold in the morning and evening, and we arrived in the middle of the night and shivered. Friends who came to Mangui remember to bring more equipment.
Service: Not bad, breakfast is not very timely, when we arrived, many dishes were gone, and the replenishment speed was not fast. It was not professional enough compared to the first small hotel in Erguna.
Overall a good place to stay.

MM642537****This newly opened hotel is ideally located within the Aoluguya scenic area. It's an unbeatable spot, just a short walk to the Aoluguya Reindeer Tribe. The scenic trail right next to the hotel offers stunning views, and waking up to the forest landscape outside my window every day was incredibly pleasant. The staff were friendly and courteous, patiently helping with all my questions, especially with arranging taxis and chartered cars. They even delivered my food orders right to my door.
The only slight downside was that since September isn't peak season, the hotel restaurant only offered breakfast, and all other dining options within the scenic area were closed. For lunch and dinner, if I didn't want to go out, my only option was food delivery, but there weren't many choices nearby.
I also have a few small suggestions: I hope the hotel can provide more hooks in the bathroom and restroom. There was nowhere to hang used hand and bath towels, and the only place to hang clothes was a row of hooks, no hangers. A small improvement here would greatly enhance comfort. The bedding and towels were very clean, and I slept comfortably. Although the room didn't have air conditioning, simply opening the window provided a lovely natural breeze and fresh air, which was perfect for autumn.
The scenery here is so beautiful that I'd love to visit again in the future! I hope there will be more dining options nearby then, so I can stay longer without worrying about food and drink.

2、進入酒店全程入住過程談不上服務可言，找房間找不到，客房區域一個人沒有，樓梯沒有引路標誌，早餐服務員挺好的。管家服務不存在。健身房沒看見。
3、房間設施很新，味道很大，建議放一陣味道在繼續營業。自來水質很差。
4、早晨9：55客房服務就來敲門確認是否可以打掃，在門口一直絮絮叨叨説我怎麼還沒退房，你們要是蛐蛐客人能不能別在門口？挺煩的。
5、停車區域很寬敞。

Oonkmpsdb18I rarely met such a friendly hotel owner. Seeing that we were guests from afar, I helped us upgrade unconditionally. I was afraid that we would be too tired to carry our luggage. I changed the third floor to the second floor. I also kindly shared some relatives' pasts with us. I was really touched.
The hotel room is large, super clean, the bathroom equipment used is also very inflow, the hotel also has a box-style restaurant, dining is very convenient.
