This hotel was very nicely decorated and provided a comfortable resting place after a long drive from Heilongjian into Inner Mongolia. The welcome was warm and the room had everything I needed. I was also able to quickly and easily get my washing done and dried. There is also plenty of parking. If you like trains, this place is also located by the tracks so it's an added bonus. Just be prepared for the horn. I must return with my partner next winter to Genhe as, sadly, the weather was too warm and it did not get down below -30c. There must have been a heatwave or something. Excellent choice for friendly, warm, helpful, clean and modern hotel. The owner and family is extremely friendly and helpful. You won’t feel you are just a lodger. The hotel is very friendly to children and provides a special parent-child theme room. The heating in the room is sufficient and it is not cold at all in the house.
