"I really didn't expect a small hotel to have such a complete facilities and equipment, and there are robots 🤖, especially the beautiful young lady at the front desk 🥰 The charm still exists, the hygiene is particularly clean, and the sheets and quilts are also very clean. "An unexpectedly great stay! I never thought I'd have such a good experience in a small place like Genhe.
The room was very clean, and the amenities were incredibly thoughtful – they even provided disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers, which was a huge plus!
The room also had a sauna, which was amazing!
The front desk staff were very welcoming! Especially Xiao Shao! She helped us with our luggage, called taxis for us, and even checked in on our outdoor itinerary. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, she was already waiting for us at the entrance.
Such warm and friendly staff!
I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"I was traveling from Manzhouli to Mohe, and it started raining heavily when I passed through Genhe. I checked into the Genhe Right Bank Hotel. I had a lot of luggage. The receptionist saw that I had a lot of luggage and immediately came out to help. She even held an umbrella for me. The room service staff also helped dry my wet clothes. The hotel environment was beautiful, the cleanliness was superb, and the price was excellent."

"This stay experience was great! The front desk lady sister service is too intimate, the efficiency is super high when checking in, and also took the initiative to inform the food and play routes around the hotel. There is electric heating for us when it is cold at night. I accidentally left my belongings, they helped to keep them properly and contact me in time, and their attitude was always warm and thoughtful. The smile service throughout the whole process makes people feel warm, and I will definitely choose this one next time!"

"The room was very large. When we arrived at the hotel that night, we were a little late. The car arrived at the door. The brother of the hotel came out to help with the luggage on a cold day. When asked if there was breakfast, the restaurant of the hotel was closed due to the Spring Festival holiday. The hotel owner also specially asked the waiter to buy some breakfast for us, as shown in the picture. We are all embarrassed! The room is large, very clean and very quiet! Very recommended!"

"The unique window view and the buffet breakfast deserve full marks. I forgot to take a picture of the breakfast. There are many choices, the service is friendly, and the surroundings are very quiet. You can see the mountains and autumn scenery across the street, which is very characteristic of the Greater Khingan Range. It is only a 10-minute drive from the center of Genhe. If you drive by yourself and are not in a hurry, this place is very convenient. #breakfast The breakfast is rich, fresh, delicious and very refreshing. #The service is a little more expensive than in Hailar City.
