GGuest UserThe inn offers round-trip shuttle service to and from the scenic area. Their response time is incredibly fast and efficient; they usually pick you up within 5 minutes. The room was spacious and bright, and the balcony was also very large, perfect for kids to run around. The bathtub was huge, and my kids loved soaking in it while playing with water and watching cartoons in the evening. There wasn't a wide variety of breakfast options, but the butler would ask for our preferences the night before, and the meals would be ready by morning. You can only eat in the dining area, as they don't deliver to the room. The inn provides free coffee and tea, and there are two washing machines and two dryers. I stayed for three nights and never had to wait in line to use them. The front desk lady was super gentle and provided excellent service, offering great recommendations for attractions and nearby dining. She was also very friendly towards children! My first impression was that the inn's location was a bit out of the way, but after staying, I realized there's absolutely no need to worry. The inn's excellent service and thoughtful consideration made everything seamless.

LlunaxchelleMy stay at Bailian Hotel Huangguoshu far exceeded my expectations. It was an incredibly relaxing escape, almost flawless from start to finish, with only two minor details worth mentioning.
The room design beautifully showcased an elegant Oriental style. It was spacious and airy, with exquisite, high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were complete and top-notch, making it perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the views. The hot springs were a major highlight; the pools were nestled discreetly within the mountains, offering a serene and private environment. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the mist-shrouded pools was a fantastic experience, allowing me to relax my mind and body while enjoying the natural beauty.
The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and patient. They were always quick to respond to any requests, providing thoughtful and discreet service that made me feel truly cared for. The food was also exceptionally satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the dishes were outstanding. Both the refined dinner and the extensive breakfast balanced nutrition and taste perfectly, delighting my palate.
The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat strong smell of the wooden furniture in the room, which dissipated after opening the windows, and the occasional presence of a few mosquitoes, which could be managed with repellents.
Overall, these minor imperfections did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel delivered top-tier quality in terms of environment, facilities, service, and dining. It truly stands out as an excellent vacation choice around Huangguoshu, and I highly recommend it.

XXiaoqisangnajiI'm really on vacation ⛱️ I came out with my good friends and wanted to find a place to stay for a day. here! You can spend a whole day in the B&B. The public area is large and very relaxing. The green plants in the store are well maintained and the air quality is great. There are many cherry trees, mulberry trees, and loquat trees in the store. You can pick and eat the fruits yourself, which is full of fun. I also experienced mountain biking. I took some photos while the wind was blowing (mountain roads are not easy to ride on). There is also a place to eat in the B&B, you can order food, and the taste is really good. The facilities in the room are very good and thoughtful. You can see the beautiful mountain view from the room. There are a lot of toiletries, which are very complete. Snack packs are also prepared, and there are a lot of items in the minibar. The service attitude of the housekeeper was also very good. He brought us bags when we were picking cherries. The aunt in the store also took us to pick mulberries and taught us how to climb trees. The guy who came to pick us up was very enthusiastic, and the handsome guy who made cocktails for us in the evening was also very nice, and he made cocktails according to our tastes! Such a treasured B&B and such a treasured resort hotel must be shared! One hundred points 💯!

GGuest UserI arrived in the early hours of last night. The front desk staff had been waiting for me. They greeted me with concern and told me to drive slowly and be safe. GGuest UserThe store opened by myself is simple and kind, clearly priced, and hospitable. I came to Guizhou for the first time and Huangguoshu for the first time. I thought I would slaughter customers. I was worried. The people here are really kind and have a good temper. The hotel restaurant is also the food made by the boss himself. Going to the scenic spot is also picked up and sent by the boss's family, I am really relieved. When I picked us up, I asked the boss to find a place to eat and put us down. The boss agreed. Because I was too tired, I asked more. I said that the boss has dinner at your house. The boss said yes, but he will not take the initiative to recommend it. I am afraid that you think we deliberately solicit business and deceive people. If you order more dishes, you will also tell you that we are afraid that we can't eat it, so that passengers can rest assured, and the main one is ”reassurance”.

There is also a free shuttle bus to the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area, so you can avoid the surging crowds during the May Day holiday by traveling in the morning and evening. In addition to its good location, the B&B is also beautiful, clean and comfortable, with considerate and in-place service. There is also a small ball pool and a slide in the room for children to play. It is a first-class experience to travel with children~ Five-star praise!

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is easy to find; there's a large sign on the right side of the road, making it very convenient to enter after getting off the bus. The hotel is large, has an elevator, and the rooms are very clean. The owner is also very welcoming, personally taking us to the scenic spots every day and providing excellent service in every detail. He's very patient and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel; I stayed for several days and had a very comfortable stay. Thumbs up!!

GGuest UserDuring the National Day holiday, I made an appointment with a friend to visit the Huajiang Gorge Bridge, the world's tallest bridge. We stayed in Guanling that night and chose the Vienna Hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. The front desk was very welcoming and the staff were very polite. The laundry room and gym were also very easy to use. It's worth staying here.

GGuest UserThe homestay is very comfortable. We have two adults and two children staying in it. The beds in the rooms are all 1.5, which is more spacious than other hotels. The owner of the B&B was very enthusiastic and took us to scenic spots several times. You can eat downstairs, the food is delicious! Recommended for those who go to Huangguoshu Waterfall. The B&B also has a swimming pool, which the children like very much.

GGuest UserThe price is cheap, but the hardware is really bad. The soundproofing of the room is not ordinary. It is the water pipe in the next room. It is the water pipe leaking at 7 o'clock in the morning. The result is not, it is the water sound from the next room. One person waited for a few minutes and another person used it, constantly squeaking and squeaking, the room was all kinds of partitions, and the naked eye could see that there were nails hit by air nail guns everywhere. I was very happy when I checked in. I felt that the air conditioning in the room was windy and quiet. I didn't expect the noise to come from a place that couldn't be turned off at all.
