"My stay at Bailian Hotel Huangguoshu far exceeded my expectations. It was an incredibly relaxing escape, almost flawless from start to finish, with only two minor details worth mentioning.
The room design beautifully showcased an elegant Oriental style. It was spacious and airy, with exquisite, high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were complete and top-notch, making it perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the views. The hot springs were a major highlight; the pools were nestled discreetly within the mountains, offering a serene and private environment. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the mist-shrouded pools was a fantastic experience, allowing me to relax my mind and body while enjoying the natural beauty.
The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and patient. They were always quick to respond to any requests, providing thoughtful and discreet service that made me feel truly cared for. The food was also exceptionally satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the dishes were outstanding. Both the refined dinner and the extensive breakfast balanced nutrition and taste perfectly, delighting my palate.
The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat strong smell of the wooden furniture in the room, which dissipated after opening the windows, and the occasional presence of a few mosquitoes, which could be managed with repellents.
Overall, these minor imperfections did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel delivered top-tier quality in terms of environment, facilities, service, and dining. It truly stands out as an excellent vacation choice around Huangguoshu, and I highly recommend it."

For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"The location is fantastic, right at the entrance of the main waterfall area within the three Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic sections. It's just a short walk to the right after exiting the gate. To the left, there's a 'God's eye view' spot, which saved us a lot of time.
The room was spacious and clean, with complimentary welcome fruits and desserts. The bathroom was huge!
There's also a pool and a swing in the small courtyard, very relaxing.
Even before we left home, we received a call from the hotel's front desk. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in the group chat, answering all our questions quickly. Before our arrival, the staff provided a very detailed itinerary in the chat.
They even gave us a small gift upon checkout, which was a lovely touch!

"The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area and is built against the mountains, offering incredibly beautiful views. We booked a large suite on the top floor, and its terrace provided direct views of the bridge and mountain scenery. Waking up in the morning felt like being in a fairyland. Unfortunately, we experienced a power and water outage due to a heavy rainstorm at night, but the staff immediately carried out emergency repairs. Although it delayed our shower, the hotel thoughtfully offered a discount the next day as compensation, which showed great sincerity. Therefore, I highly recommend this charming hotel."

"The toilet was a disappointment. Every time I sat down, it would automatically flush and splash water, which felt unhygienic. The Jomoo brand really isn't good enough. However, the floor sensor for the toilet flush was a nice touch.
The mirror light was sensor-activated and kept turning off, which was very inconvenient. I had to keep waving my hand to turn it back on.
The hairdryer, though, was excellent! It's one of the best I've used in a hotel. It dried my hair quickly without getting too hot.
The cleaning staff were very considerate. They noticed I was running low on tissues and toilet paper and left me an extra pack of each.
This morning, I mentioned needing some water for hiking, and in the evening, they left four bottles in my room – very thoughtful. However, when I messaged the front desk to ask for more water, they refused, saying each room was limited to two bottles. Luckily, the front desk attendant was generous and even kindly offered me an umbrella, reminding me it might rain, which was very considerate!"

"Had a fantastic experience! The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They helped with our luggage and even gave us beautiful sunflowers when we checked in. The swimming pool was super photogenic, and the overall views were breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the waterfall across the way was so refreshing. I'll definitely be back in the summer to take a dip in that pool!"

"This time I took my parents to visit Huangguoshu and stayed at Zhiye Hotel. The experience was amazing and I have to praise it! First of all, I would like to give a big thumbs up to the hotel housekeeper! From the moment we added WeChat, we were full of enthusiasm. Not only did they kindly remind me that the cherry blossoms in the store were in full bloom and provided free high-speed rail transportation, but they also showed great care in our communication when they learned that I was traveling with my 70-year-old parents. Whether it was patiently answering questions about the time it takes to get from the high-speed rail to the hotel, the details of the pick-up and drop-off service, or helping to plan a travel guide to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it all made people feel warm. Although the hotel's food and beverages are limited in variety, they are indeed delicious. I love the sour soup beef hotpot. I am drooling just thinking about it now. The hotpot is also good, with fresh ingredients, good taste, large portions and great value for money! Come again next time~
Facilities: The toiletries, speakers, and tea sets in the room are all of high quality, and you can see the owner's care.
Service: The housekeeper is warm and considerate. I was lucky enough to meet the boss in the store. He is a sentimental and chatty brother. It was a very happy experience staying in the hotel! Great!

"When we first arrived at the store, we felt the very good environment and service. We were very puzzled why we were the only room during the New Year? Until the night, the heating broke down and the lights in the whole room could not be turned on. The lady on duty actively contacted the person in charge, but the remote manager actually said: ”It's cold tonight, but you have to stand it!” We? ? ? ? ? ? I'm here for vacation, not to endure it!! There is no way to solve the problem at all! The reason why the occupancy rate is low is obviously a problem of management!
The place worth adding points is that the three local residents on duty immediately took out their own heating from home as soon as the heating broke down, and kept apologizing to us. The manager far away has not given us any greetings so far.
Thank you very much for the attentive service of the three sisters. The leaders of the store should thank them well. They are the ones who are sticking to their posts with their hearts."
