"My stay at Bailian Hotel Huangguoshu far exceeded my expectations. It was an incredibly relaxing escape, almost flawless from start to finish, with only two minor details worth mentioning. The room design beautifully showcased an elegant Oriental style. It was spacious and airy, with exquisite, high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were complete and top-notch, making it perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the views. The hot springs were a major highlight; the pools were nestled discreetly within the mountains, offering a serene and private environment. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the mist-shrouded pools was a fantastic experience, allowing me to relax my mind and body while enjoying the natural beauty. The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and patient. They were always quick to respond to any requests, providing thoughtful and discreet service that made me feel truly cared for. The food was also exceptionally satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the dishes were outstanding. Both the refined dinner and the extensive breakfast balanced nutrition and taste perfectly, delighting my palate. The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat strong smell of the wooden furniture in the room, which dissipated after opening the windows, and the occasional presence of a few mosquitoes, which could be managed with repellents. Overall, these minor imperfections did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel delivered top-tier quality in terms of environment, facilities, service, and dining. It truly stands out as an excellent vacation choice around Huangguoshu, and I highly recommend it."

"The scenery here is absolutely breathtaking – no complaints there! However, because the bungalows are located on the mountain, we did encounter a few small bugs. When it rained at night, the raindrops hitting the roof above our heads were a bit noisy. The shallow end of the pool isn't really for swimming, as it only comes up to an adult's knees, so it's more suitable for kids. The deep end, on the other hand, is too deep to touch the bottom, which makes it feel unsafe for non-swimmers – a real dilemma! The evening campfire and iced tea experience was truly wonderful. The roasted sweet potatoes, roasted tofu, and roasted chestnuts were all delicious. There was also a live singer until 9 PM, which was very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was also very good, especially the homemade cucumber water and carrot juice, which tasted incredibly pure. This guesthouse is also fantastic for photos – every shot turns out beautifully! Plus, it's right next to Baling Bridge, and Dripingtan Waterfall is just below."

"Yaojia Waterfall Village Hotel is located right inside the Huangguoshu Scenic Area. The hotel's main entrance is about 150 meters to the right of the sightseeing bus's 'Grand Waterfall Station'. From the 'Grand Waterfall Station', you can catch sightseeing buses to all attractions and the main scenic area entrance, making getting around extremely convenient. For photography enthusiasts, if you wake up early and turn left out of the main entrance, walking along the pedestrian path will lead you to a viewing platform opposite the Grand Waterfall, often called 'God's perspective,' where you can wait for the sunrise. The hotel offers 24-hour 'butler service,' so you can voice any concerns in the butler group chat. The rooms are elegantly designed and fully equipped with amenities. Afternoon tea is delivered to your room, and the self-service breakfast offers a rich variety. We had a distinctive and memorable 'sour soup fish' for dinner. If you're driving, you can ask the butler to register your license plate with the scenic area, allowing your car to enter the scenic area and park in the hotel's parking lot. I would recommend this hotel to my friends."

"The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to many attractions and points of interest. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Upon arrival, they provided useful recommendations for nearby dining options and were always responsive to our requests. That afternoon, after returning from a late lunch, we heard renovation noise coming from a nearby area. When we requested a room change, two male staff members immediately assisted us and arranged for us to move to a room on a different floor. They also upgraded our room at no additional charge. Their prompt response and excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable."

"This time I took my parents to visit Huangguoshu and stayed at Zhiye Hotel. The experience was amazing and I have to praise it! First of all, I would like to give a big thumbs up to the hotel housekeeper! From the moment we added WeChat, we were full of enthusiasm. Not only did they kindly remind me that the cherry blossoms in the store were in full bloom and provided free high-speed rail transportation, but they also showed great care in our communication when they learned that I was traveling with my 70-year-old parents. Whether it was patiently answering questions about the time it takes to get from the high-speed rail to the hotel, the details of the pick-up and drop-off service, or helping to plan a travel guide to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it all made people feel warm. Although the hotel's food and beverages are limited in variety, they are indeed delicious. I love the sour soup beef hotpot. I am drooling just thinking about it now. The hotpot is also good, with fresh ingredients, good taste, large portions and great value for money! Come again next time~ Facilities: The toiletries, speakers, and tea sets in the room are all of high quality, and you can see the owner's care. Service: The housekeeper is warm and considerate. I was lucky enough to meet the boss in the store. He is a sentimental and chatty brother. It was a very happy experience staying in the hotel! Great! Free pick-up: Very convenient, especially for traveling with the elderly and children, free pick-up for business class 7 seats, worry-free and comfortable to sit Environment: Needless to say, the environment is very good. You can immerse yourself in nature. After playing Huangguoshu, you can also find a quiet place to listen to the birds singing and the sound of water, and escape from the world."

"The environment here is superb, with excellent views of the waterfall and the bridge! The facilities are complete, and all the guest amenities are exquisite and high-quality. The chef at the restaurant has great skills; the savory and tender grilled fish is definitely worth trying. The price isn't cheap, but I feel it's well worth it! Remember to bring your swimsuit if you plan to experience the infinity pool."

"When we first arrived at the store, we felt the very good environment and service. We were very puzzled why we were the only room during the New Year? Until the night, the heating broke down and the lights in the whole room could not be turned on. The lady on duty actively contacted the person in charge, but the remote manager actually said: ”It's cold tonight, but you have to stand it!” We? ? ? ? ? ? I'm here for vacation, not to endure it!! There is no way to solve the problem at all! The reason why the occupancy rate is low is obviously a problem of management! The place worth adding points is that the three local residents on duty immediately took out their own heating from home as soon as the heating broke down, and kept apologizing to us. The manager far away has not given us any greetings so far. Thank you very much for the attentive service of the three sisters. The leaders of the store should thank them well. They are the ones who are sticking to their posts with their hearts."

"The most satisfying homestay in Huangguoshu, hiding in the middle of the mountains and forests, there are green trees everywhere, and the air is fresh. There are all terraces on the roof and leisure tea rooms, and sitting and blowing the mountain breeze is particularly healing. The store service is particularly in place, and will carefully tell us how to avoid the flow of people in the scenic spot and take a lot of detours. It takes ten minutes to drive to the scenic spot, quiet and no noise, and it is just right for the whole family to travel or couples to relax here."
