"The toilet was a disappointment. Every time I sat down, it would automatically flush and splash water, which felt unhygienic. The Jomoo brand really isn't good enough. However, the floor sensor for the toilet flush was a nice touch. The mirror light was sensor-activated and kept turning off, which was very inconvenient. I had to keep waving my hand to turn it back on. The hairdryer, though, was excellent! It's one of the best I've used in a hotel. It dried my hair quickly without getting too hot. The cleaning staff were very considerate. They noticed I was running low on tissues and toilet paper and left me an extra pack of each. This morning, I mentioned needing some water for hiking, and in the evening, they left four bottles in my room – very thoughtful. However, when I messaged the front desk to ask for more water, they refused, saying each room was limited to two bottles. Luckily, the front desk attendant was generous and even kindly offered me an umbrella, reminding me it might rain, which was very considerate!"

"This hotel is a bit far from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area, but you can enjoy views of Baling River Bridge from your room. The pool is quite photogenic, and the hotel offers a rich array of activities. In the afternoon, there's a rice noodle roll making experience, followed by goodnight desserts, a tea ceremony around a stove, and even a singer performing. Overall, the experience was great. As for minor drawbacks, there were a few issues. For instance, the sink faucet in the room was designed too high, the shower's overhead spray had very low water pressure, the light on the vanity mirror was faulty, and the bedside lamp plug was loose. These small details could definitely be improved. However, the staff were warm and proactive. Also, the parking lot is about a 200-meter downhill walk from the hotel. Only luggage carts are available for bags. If you're traveling with elderly guests who need to walk, I'd suggest providing a shuttle service that can transport people!"

According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"The location is fantastic, right at the entrance of the main waterfall area within the three Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic sections. It's just a short walk to the right after exiting the gate. To the left, there's a 'God's eye view' spot, which saved us a lot of time. The room was spacious and clean, with complimentary welcome fruits and desserts. The bathroom was huge! There's also a pool and a swing in the small courtyard, very relaxing. Even before we left home, we received a call from the hotel's front desk. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in the group chat, answering all our questions quickly. Before our arrival, the staff provided a very detailed itinerary in the chat. They even gave us a small gift upon checkout, which was a lovely touch! Thank you to all the staff in the pictures for their excellent service! 🌹"

"The parking lot security guard is very enthusiastic. As soon as the car is parked, he will come to ask about the situation and introduce the entrance. After getting off the highway, the hotel sign is very clear at the intersection. If you drive by yourself, you should pay attention to the hotel entrance and turn left directly, without following the navigation to turn around in front. There are many parking spaces. When you enter the hotel lobby from the parking lot, the front desk is very enthusiastic. They immediately stand up to welcome you, answer all questions, and have a better understanding of the local situation. There is a gym and a billiard table on the third floor of the hotel, and an open-air garden on the eighth floor. The facilities are complete and really good. The room I stayed in was very large (especially large, very clean and tidy, with welcome fruits). I didn't expect to live in such a hotel in Guanling."

"We came by high-speed rail. We took the through train from Anshun West to Huangguoshu. The boss came to the passenger station to pick us up. The next morning, we took us to the entrance of the scenic spot. Thank you very much [holding fists] Clean and hygienic, eating and shopping are very convenient, there are many foods. If you want to find a local delicious, you can ask the boss. We are also recommended by the boss. It is delicious! Huangguoshu is quite tired to play in this scenic spot. There are three attractions in total. It takes a whole day to play, but each attraction has beautiful scenery. I will bring the elderly and stay at your home if I have the opportunity in the future."

"The hotel was a wonderful surprise – the room was spotless and clean! It was very cozy and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The attention to detail was remarkable, like the convenient charging ports by the bed. The service was impeccable. They even drove us to buy medicine in the evening – we were so grateful! They were incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. The front desk was quick to process our check-in and proactively recommended nearby places to visit. Room service was prompt and responsive, quickly meeting all our needs. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and polite, making us feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"I'm getting ready for a holiday trip and just remembered I never reviewed this place. I really want more people visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall to know about this hotel! Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one truly excels in its attention to detail and cleanliness. Even the disposable paper cups for brushing teeth are individually sealed. The bathtub is spacious, and they provide disposable tub liners. The balcony overlooks a small mountain, and it was so relaxing to sit out there at night, chatting and gazing at the bright night sky. Plus, you can pre-order your breakfast, and the rice noodles are absolutely delicious. I was truly impressed!"

"The hotel staff is warm and polite, the room is clean and tidy, and the meals provided are also very delicious. Because I brought the elderly to stay, they also helped to deliver the meals to the room so that the elderly don't have to climb up and down the stairs. Thank you very much. The beautiful scenery of the hotel is a major feature. You can see the Baling River Bridge and the Dishuitan Waterfall from the rooftop at the same time. A small drawback is that the sealing of the bathroom seems not very good. After taking a shower, I found that there was a flood outside 😅"

"Wolongshanyin B&B is the most comprehensive experience I had when I visited Huangguoshu. First of all, the overall atmosphere and setting of the B&B are quite OK. This is a garden-style B&B. I thought the mountain inside was fake, but it was confirmed to be real. This feeling is very real. Secondly, the clean and tidy hygiene of the room made me think that their promotional pictures were different from the actual environment before I checked in, but when I entered the room, I found that everything was OK. You can enjoy a delicate bathtub bath, and you can choose a convenient quick shower. The large bed is comfortable and cozy. Finally, I have to say that the service of the B&B is impeccable. The housekeeper is very easy-going. I came back hungry at night and wanted to buy something to eat. Maybe I was accidentally heard talking. The housekeeper came over and asked me to rest for a while. After about 20 minutes, he arranged two stir-fries and a cucumber for me. I was a little hesitant and afraid of spending money, so I had this idea. The housekeeper quickly said, ”It's fate for everyone to meet. If you want to spend money on me, it means you look down on me.” I couldn't refuse, haha, I was a little touched, and the meal was a waste. The key is that the butler's skills are not bad. This kind of easy-going feeling is like visiting a friend's house, which is completely incomparable to the stereotyped and procedural commercial service behavior. For this reason, I sincerely recommend it, and at the same time thank Wolongshanyin B&B for its enthusiastic hospitality!"

It was an incredibly relaxing escape, almost flawless from start to finish, with only two minor details worth mentioning. The room design beautifully showcased an elegant Oriental style. It was spacious and airy, with exquisite, high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were complete and top-notch, making it perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the views. The hot springs were a major highlight; the pools were nestled discreetly within the mountains, offering a serene and private environment. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the mist-shrouded pools was a fantastic experience, allowing me to relax my mind and body while enjoying the natural beauty. The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and patient. They were always quick to respond to any requests, providing thoughtful and discreet service that made me feel truly cared for. The food was also exceptionally satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the dishes were outstanding. Both the refined dinner and the extensive breakfast balanced nutrition and taste perfectly, delighting my palate. The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat strong smell of the wooden furniture in the room, which dissipated after opening the windows, and the occasional presence of a few mosquitoes, which could be managed with repellents. Overall, these minor imperfections did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel delivered top-tier quality in terms of environment, facilities, service, and dining. It truly stands out as an excellent vacation choice around Huangguoshu, and I highly recommend it.
