XXinghuachantaishouI accidentally brushed this hotel, and I couldn’t help but let us rush to this sea-boat hotel from Wuxi overnight. I looked forward to it all the way. It was 11:20 when I arrived at the hotel. The reception in the underground garage (a bit handsome) was waiting for us. Help us carry our luggage and check in from the first floor to the first floor. Entering the elevator, the perfume smell has told us that this trip is absolutely live up to it. The chandeliers, pianos and decoration in the hall seem to be particularly high-end. At this moment, the mood is happy*99. After the procedures are completed, we go to the second floor, all the way to the aisle, all the way to art, the mirror in the corridor, The glass can see the sailing story ~ into the room. It is indeed the sailing ship warehouse like the name of the hotel. The room is very fragrant and a little orange smell. Then we went out to visit the deck briefly and saw the hello Kitty Paradise not far away. In short: a worthwhile trip, worth staying, Strong Amway

AAnonymous UserThe place was exceptionally clean, and the food was decent. The room facilities were all new, and the provided tissues were of good quality, but the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great. A few men were playing cards and smoking in the lobby downstairs, which wasn't ideal and disturbed others. The guesthouse does have private rooms for playing cards and mahjong; I'd actually recommend that smokers use those rooms.
GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Excellent
GGuest UserWe stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival, which also coincided with a birthday celebration, and our family had a wonderful experience. The environment is absolutely stunning, and they offer a fantastic array of unique activities. Even though it rained for several days, keeping us mostly indoors, we were never bored. We enjoyed making 'zongzi' (rice dumplings), bamboo weaving, pottery, crafting mugwort bouquets, and making sachets – so many different crafts! There was also horseback riding, celebrating a pony's birthday, and even 'yoga' interactions with the horses. These novel and fun experiences delighted both adults and children. A big thank you to our butler, Joan, for her attentive and proactive service, and to the super nice staff at the equestrian center who interacted and chatted with my daughter, sharing their knowledge about horses. My daughter especially loved Ty, saying he was her favorite. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant and even the staff at the Naked Retreats cafe, had excellent service attitudes. While some dishes at the Western restaurant weren't quite to our taste, the restaurant manager handled our feedback gracefully from a customer's perspective. Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely be back.

GGuest UserBanyan Tree Anji is a secluded haven nestled amidst bamboo forests and tea mountains. The traditional Huizhou-style architecture, with its white walls and dark tiles, is gracefully arranged and blends seamlessly with the distant green hills and misty air. Waking up and opening the window, you're greeted by vibrant greenery and the tranquil sounds of birdsong. As night falls, the courtyard lights glow softly, and a soak in the mountain hot spring melts away all weariness.
What truly touches the heart is the impeccable Banyan Tree service – from the warm cup of Anji white tea offered by the butler upon check-in, to the thoughtfully placed sleep-inducing aromatherapy during turndown service, every detail is perfectly executed. The restaurant meticulously selects local seasonal ingredients, transforming the flavors of the wild into exquisite dishes. This isn't just a simple stay; it's a healing journey, pampered by nature and warmed by genuine hospitality. I will certainly return again soon.

Outstanding
GGuest UserAfter the May Day holiday, and before my maternity leave ended, I finally got to visit naked Castle, a place I'd been dreaming of for a long time. In short: it truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best, if not *the* best, luxury resorts in China! It's not far from Shanghai, so I can definitely see myself going back often!
The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the scenery! Driving up the winding mountain road to the peak, and then stepping into our Cliff Suite to be greeted by breathtaking mountain views – it felt like my soul was instantly liberated from its shackles. All I wanted to do was sit on the bamboo chair on the balcony and simply unwind.
Then there's the famous ancient castle itself. Although it's a renovation, it remarkably captures its original essence, while the interior beautifully blends modern aesthetics with cultural heritage. Every brick, every tile, every door, every window is worth admiring. The path leading from our room to the castle was like something out of a fairytale.
Secondly, the overall service quality was outstanding. From the front desk, shuttle staff, and restaurant servers to the housekeeping team, everyone was highly professional and efficient. Our dedicated guest relations specialist, Xiao Chen, was particularly attentive and thoughtful. We were traveling with our 5-month-old baby, and the hotel had already prepared a crib and assigned us a perfectly located room, making it easy to get to the restaurant and the castle. Despite the hotel having been around for some years, it's incredibly well-maintained and feels as good as new, which is a rare find among domestic resorts!
We've already made plans to return in autumn when the leaves change color, to enjoy the castle's beauty in a different season!

Very Good
GGuest UserI’ve been to this place once before for an event at the Moon Lake lawn, and I’ve always wanted to come back and stay. This time, we stayed in a cabin, and I think this kind of weekend getaway is something I could do many more times. I’m really satisfied; it's very French! Everything – dining, accommodation, transportation, and activities – is within this resort. The resort has two restaurants, and we tried both, they were delicious. Their ingredients seem to be locally grown, very fresh, and the flavors were great. For lunch on the second day, we ate at their Western restaurant, and my son absolutely loved their pasta – the taste was so authentic – and the pizza was good too. In the hot afternoon, we went to do some handicrafts. I really have to commend the staff here; they are all kind and patient, and their service is truly superb. We had an elderly lady, over 80, with a wheelchair, and their sightseeing cart was available on call, and they even helped us carry our belongings. We've been to so many 'attraction-style' tours, but this kind of relaxing trip is something we really need to do more often. You can come in all four seasons; it’s truly relaxing for the mind, body, and soul. There are also many water activities, and the kids had so much fun. The rose garden is beautifully maintained. And last but not least, what touched me the most was that we accidentally left a bracelet in the room because we were rushing during check-out. The hotel proactively called us and offered to mail it back to us. I’m so grateful!
GGuest UserAnji has a dense network of hotels and guesthouses, making the choice incredibly difficult before our trip. After comparing many options online, we finally settled on the ”Fulan” room type at this guesthouse, which appears to be on the highest floor. The moment the door opened, my husband and I were overjoyed, praising the room's beauty: lush green bamboo groves and three large floor-to-ceiling windows! It was simply the perfect escape from the city for relaxation!
The receptionists were incredibly nice. They created a service group before our check-in to help with our luggage and direct parking – so thoughtful and attentive! A big thumbs up! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; it felt a little awkward asking them to carry things up the stairs whenever we wanted something.
The room had a Marshall sound system and other amenities. Connecting to Bluetooth and playing soothing music while soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing!
A few minor suggestions: 1. The bathroom could have two floor mats, one for the hot spring area and one for the shower. It's quite slippery after coming out of the hot spring. 2. The bathroom leak wasn't very effective; water would overflow if you showered for too long. 3. For this price and environment, it would be even better if the room had a coffee machine and coffee cups. It would be much more convenient to have coffee in the room or on the terrace in the morning, instead of having to go downstairs and bother the front desk every time.
4. I hope the breakfast could be more varied, with more hot options.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this weekend trip! I will definitely come again!

MM702023****A big thank you to the butler and hotel staff! From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

__CFT010000001607****My trip to Moganshan was spurred by a rare good weather weekend and a spontaneous decision. I blindly booked this B&B on Trip.com simply because I liked its name, 'Moshangyin'. I'm just a hopelessly spontaneous person. My suitcase packed clothes for tomorrow, my camera, and a bottle of red wine. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, hoping to get tipsy under a sky full of stars before drifting off to sleep.
However, the reality was I ended up sharing that bottle of wine over a staff meal at the B&B. I met the lovely and fun Sister Fen, known as 'Moganshan's Queen', and the incredibly approachable and wise B&B owner, Da Ling. She cooked me delicious shredded pork noodles and helped me take many great photos. I was the only guest who got to join that meal, simply because I was the only solo guest at the whole B&B – how both sad and interesting is that? In my heart, Moshangyin in Moganshan definitely deserves a five-star review.
